Cleaning and upkeep of Safdarjung Airport and associated area at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi for the year 2022-23

General cleaning & upkeep of road, paved area, common floor areas areas upto all heights and levels, stair case areas, parking areas and roofs (i/c removal of dry leaves on roof) of Safdarjung Airport and associated areas by deploying stipulated manpower and necessary cleaning material complete all as specified and directed by Housekeeping Incharge/ Rep of AAI. Agency shall deploy 16 Nos. unskilled category sweepers (12 Male and 04 Female) per month having minimum one year experience in similar nature of work (i.e. cleaning/ upkeeping/ housekeeping works) preferably at AAI Airports and allied subsidiaries. The manpower shall be shortlisted by Housekeeping Incharge, AAI. The necessary cleaning material shall be supplied to the agency by O/o Housekeeping Incharge free of cost for incorporation in the work and the agency shall be responsible for ensuring overall supervision and execution of work as per satisfaction of Housekeeping Incharge, AAI. Agency has to ensure cleaning and upkeeping of Safdarjung Airport and allied area premises for all lifts and leads on daily basis and dispose the malba / rubbish at designated place of AAI as per directions of Housekeeping Incharge, AAI. NOTE: 1. The quoted rates for deployment of manpower by the agency shall not be less than the prevailing minimum wages of Rs. 18545/- per person per month as on the publishing date of the tender. Agency shall quote their rates accordingly in the respective schedule item. Any tenderer quoting rates less than the minimum wages of Rs. 18545/- per person per month shall be rejected thereof without assigning any reasons and no claim in this regards shall be entertained in this regards at a later date. 2. Agency shall supply neat and tidy uniform i.e. reflective jackets with company name logo to all the workers and shall ensure proper wearing of the same by the workers during all times of work and maintain the uniform till the expiry of the contract including repalcement. The cost of providing uniform shall be included in the item and agency may consider the same while quoting the rates. 3. Agency shall be supplied with cleaning material and equipment like phenyls, brooms, mops, dust pans, etc. by AAI free of cost for cleaning purpose. 4. The rates shall include all taxes and duties, CP and OH, uniform and maintenance charges, water charges, labour cess etc. but exclusive of GST, ESI, EPF, Bonus, Statutory revision of minimum wages etc. which shall be reimbursed to the agency on actual basis on production of documentary evidences.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport of capacity 8 to 10 cum including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for all lifts and leads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Drycleaning of existing Vertical Blinds from all sides including removing and refixing to original position complete as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note- 1. For the purpose of payment, the overall size of the blind shall be measured.

Drycleaning of window awnings from all sides including removing and refixing to original position complete as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note- 1. For the purpose of payment, the overall size of the awning shall be measured.
