General servicing of 1000LPM Oxygen Generation Plant (PM Care) by way of replacement of air filters, oil filters and cleaning of oil separators of two compressors of capacity 14.9 Cum/Minute of Chicago Pneumatic make (Model: CPE100-7SO) and Kaishan Make (Model: KR3D-75-8) including oil, cleaning of all the line filters of Dryer of capacity 600 CFM, GEM Equipments Make (Model: 2KDCC 060) and line filters of Oxygen plant of 960 LPM Capacity and L&T Defence make. The job also includes complete cleaning of the oxygen plant and operationalize the entire system
Complete electrification of plant by way of providing and fitting 50W LED lights (4 No.), 16A heating points (3 No.) including complete wiring for the circuit
Supply installation testing and comissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipe (in Mtrs.) including painting as per the medical standards of following diameters
Supply installation testing and comissioning of isolation Valves of following diameter
Supply and installation of structural steel for installation of bridge for acrrying the oxygen supply pipeline from plant room to the hospital building
Opeartion of the OGP by way of engagement of 3 No. operators for continuous operation of the plant
Comprehensive Maintenanace Contract of complete 1000LPM Oxygen Generation Plant (PM Care) including compressors, dryers, all the panels, servo stablizer and cables associated with the plant for complete one year. The job includes all the daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly preventive maintenace and servicing. Replacement of all the parts electrical and mechanical damaged during the period is covered under the CMC.
