Electrical Rewiring

Carefully disconnecting and dismantling of existing wiring, electrical accessories and electrical gadgets such as Light fixtures, ceiling fans, cabin fans, exhaust fans, water purifier and keep it in Bank's custody in proper manner for reuse. Any damages or short coming found in the accessories /gadgets should be immediately brought to the notice of the Bank.

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of SPN MCB DB double door 12 way factory fabricated neatly housed on duly painted with following controls compressing of 40 amps DP RCBO (sensitivity 30 mA) - 1 No. 20 amps SP MCB C curve, Ik10 KA –6 Nos. 10 amps SP MCB C curve, Ik 10KA – 4 Nos to be fixed in nealtly concealed manner with all accessories and associated civil repairs and minimum damage to structure stability and proper finishing at the location inside the flat as decided by Bank’s Engineers including restoration of power supply in the flat .

Wiring for circuit from Main DB to respective point in room using 2x2.5 sq. mm. +1x1.5 sqmm Multi-stranded PVC insulated flexible copper conductor FRLSH wire each for phase(Red) and neutral (Black) Multi-stranded (Green) for earth, 1100 volts grade, approved make from Main DB to respective points outlet/board with all accessories such as PVC bends , corners and junction boxes, ceiling rose/connectors etc, in concealed manner though PVC conduit(MMS/HMS) of suitable size for average length of 13 mtr. (Circuit shall be laid in straight concelaed manner with minimum damage to structure stability and proper finishing )

Wiring for light, Ceiling fan, Exhaust fan, Cabin fan points, using 2x1.5 sq. mm.(Blue/Yellow for phase and black for neutral) Multi-stranded PVC insulated flexible copper conductor FRLS wire each for phase and neutral, 1.5 sq. mm. Multi-stranded to be provided for earth, 1100 volts grade, approved make from switchboard to respective points outlet and all accessories such as PVC bends , corners and junction boxes, ceiling rose/connectors, bulb holder etc, including concealed switchboard of suitable size for accommodating, sockets and switches on switchboard and ceiling fan electronics regulator etc. to be fixed with metal screws along with inter connections with angle, batten holders, 3 plate ceiling rose mounted on square junction box on approved make with required hardware etc. All the wiring should be done for each switch board in concealed manner in FRLS PVC pipe of medium/Heavy duty wherever possible and PVC casing-capping/conduit wherever concealed is not possible.

Supply and fixing of electronic step regulator modular (2 Module, 100 W) type with necessary accessories etc. as required and as directed (to be installed in bed room/living room and kitchen)

As per item no. A.4 above, but wiring for bell point using 1.5 sq.mm multi- standards PVC insulated flexible FRLSH copper wire each for phase and neutral 1100 volts grade approved make in PVC concealed conduit with all accessories such as PVC bends, corners and junction boxes etc.. along with fixing and commissioning of existing Slick model bell with existing concealed modular bell push switch complete with interconnection etc. as required and as directed (Note: the scope of work here refers to only supply and laying of circuit in concelaed manner and interconnection as required with existing door bell and existing concealed bell switch at entrance.)

Same as item no.A.4 above but point wiring for independent 6 Amps plug point with modular type 5 pin socket controlled by one switch housed in the suitable size MS box and double face plate using 2 runs x 2.5 sq. mm and 1 run x 1.5 sq .mm PVC insulated flexible FRLSH copper wire for phase, neutral and earth laying through suitable PVC conduit in concealed systems etc. as required and as directed.

Same as item no. A.4 above but point wiring for 6 amps 5 pin modular type sockets 2 nos. controlled by 6 amps modular type switches 2 nos housed in the suitable size MS box and double face plate using 2 runs x 2.5 sq. mm and 1 run x 1.5 sq .mm PVC insulated flexible FRLSH copper wire for phase, neutral and earth laying through suitable PVC conduit in concealed systems etc. as required and as directed (for TV etc)

A.4 above but point wiring for 6 amps 5 pin modular type sockets 1 nos. controlled by 6 amps modular type switches 1 nos and 16 amps 5 pin(round) modular twin type sockets 1 nos. controlled by 16 amps modular type indicator switches 1 nos housed in the suitable size MS box and double face plate using 2 runs x 2.5 sq. mm and 1 run x 1.5 sq .mm PVC insulated flexible FRLSH copper wire for phase, neutral and earth laying through suitable PVC conduit in concealed systems etc. as required and as directed

Point wiring for 6 Amps plug point with modular type 5 pin socket controlled by one switch within the switch board including inter connections using 2.5 sq.mm FRLSH flexible wire etc. as required and as directed.
