Cutting in all kinds of earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all kinds of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, including chiseling/wedging etc. and disposal of all excavated earth upto all leads, lifts and disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete complete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete with concrete mixture and vibrator mix 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand and four graded stone crushed aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand and twelve graded stone crushed aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete with concrete mixture and vibrator mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand and ten graded stone crushed aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form work in walls any thickness including attached bluster, pilaster and their caps and basis and string courses etc.upto all heights in all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing & polishing complete (Sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a). 80mm thick inter locking block (NTC make).

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm dia welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertimal balusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (M.S. flat & balusters of railing shall be measured & paid separately).

Steel/ MS square pipe work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cuttings, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) In grating framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other matter surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Enamel paint other than white

Providing and lying precast cement concrete kurb block masonry having a size of 300 x 100 x 300 mm with cement mortar mix 1:6 (one cement: six sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
