Rate should be quoted on per shift per machine basis(8hour). Rate should be inclusive provision of one Driver cum Operator of skilled category and Two Helpers of semi-skilled category for each machine including cost of Diesel, Engine Oil, Hydraulic Oil, all type of spare parts, Tyre, Tube etc as mentioned details in maintenance schedule. The rate should be inclusive cost of necessary safety equipment’s like uniform, gumboot, PVC hand gloves, helmet, medicated mask etc. The rate should be inclusive provision of one Supervisor against per two machines or any other justified category of manpower to execute the work smoothly and inclusive all types of taxes if any. Everything is to be provided by the successful tenderer. The period of contract is for two years, the tenderer should be quoted their rate accordingly. Fuel/Diesel/Lubricant are to be provided by the tenderer depending on the hours of operation of machine. As per recommendation of the machine manufacturer approx fuel consumption is 1.5 to 2.0 Ltrs/hour. The tenderer may also consider average 24 working days in month for estimation purpose. The bidder should clearly mention in BOQ how many machine he can operated by engaging by engaging manpower including provision of diesel and everything maintenance of machine as mention details in terms and conditions. At the time of distribution of machine, total numbers of machine will be counted from L-1 bidder to up to the bidders to attain required quantity of machine(144 nos.). Rest of the bidder will not be awarded any machine.
