M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x250x7mm /450 x 300 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles along with backing coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, area of each tile n exc. 0.36 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in cloured cement to match laid on and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) ,complete including dismantling of existing tiles alongwith cement mortar bedding , all as directed..
