Dismantling of ceiling fans AC single phase, 230 volts of sizes 1200mm/1400mm (collected from MES fan store ) any make / model except old vintage, dismantling its stator, rotor, cutting out burnt copper winding and providing new winding with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size including cleaning of slots providing oil impregnated insulation paper or minimax, fibre, insulation in slots and well wraping with cotton tape, bind with cotton thread and varnishing over all with winding varnish, cleaning of bearing housing and shaft, replacing spares such as split pins, blade screws etc as required and reassembling and depositing the repaired fan to MES fan store after testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling / wall fan from fan hook and disconnection from ceiling rose, dismantling of fan parts i.e. down rod and connector/condenser, nut bolts, split pins, rubber bush (garari), condenser carrier clip (PVC), in build connector two way, etc complete servicing by cleaning greasing/oiling in side surface of rotar by CTC with sand paper and repair and re - fitting / reassembling and making the fan fuctional and fixing the fan in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Only rubber packing (garari) condenser, condenser carrier clip (PVC) in build connector two way shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down exhaust fan and disconnection from ceiling rose, dismantling of fan parts i.e. connector/condenser, nut bolts, condenser carrier clip (PVC), in build connector two way, etc complete servicing by cleaning greasing/oiling in side surface of rotar by CTC with sand paper and repair and re-fitting / reassembling and making the fan fuctional and fixing the fan in position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. Note:-(i) Test certificate of Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 from Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scale and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision. (iii) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning of tank i.e. No water in tank/ Over flow due to broken of float valve/blockage of Outlet lines due to silt and rectification cost will be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning and degermination inside of RCC/PVC water storage tanks capacity exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 ltrs of any description and in any position comprising following seven stage cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using Trebac G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10, Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 and ultra violet rays complete all as specified and as directed. (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewareing systems or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G 10/ Inchlor-5/NB-10, a laboratory tested barnded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL. (d) Fourth stage first bacteria screening and Sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner.
