Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil including stony earth, and gravel mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts and to the required depth including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, piling de watering from foundation dressing and leveling bed supplying and working pumps staking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the E.I.C etc in all respects with coffer dam if required as per specification including cost of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries T & P etc. required for the work.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

CC (1:3:6) using 40 mm size and down graded crusher broken HG stone metal free from weathered surface of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth including laying concrete in layers with due compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all lead, lifts and delifts, T&P etc required for completion of the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work (M-20) in plinth band, slab, chajja having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150 Kg/cm sqm in 15 cm. Cubes at 28 days with IS 456 and 516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size (20mm Not to exceed 25 %) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compaction concrete watering an curing for 4 weeks, (Including centering, shuttering) and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of HYSD/ M.S. rods or Tor steel (SAIL) and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods of Tor steel and binding wire and tying the grills and placing in proper position as directed by the E.I.C a) Column base & Footing

Brick work with Flyash bricks of size 23 cm X 11 cm X 8 cm having crushing strength between 100 Kg/cm2 to 149 kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per drawing & Labour for Straightening, cutting, bending Binding, Cranking, Hooking and jointing (if required) HYSD rod (SAIL)and tying the grills, hoisting and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and all taxes of HYSD steel rods and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with cost of labour and T & P required for the work etc. with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Ground Floor

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S Door & MS Windows with grills, Collapsible gates made out of MS Angle frame, Min proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structures and wood work, etc. making good to the damages to walls, or RCC structures including mending or cuting to sizes or grooves in walls with cost, conveyance, royalities with all T &P labour, etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. Supplying, fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made up Aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section no. 4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick glasss as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all material, taxes labour T&P including cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying and fixing ISI marked 35mm thick flush door shutters confirming to IS : 2202 (Part-I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Supplying all materials, labour, T&P etc. and Fitting and fixing of Vetrified tiles in floors of size 600 mm x 600 mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick C.M (1:4) and filling joints with white cement including cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of E.I.C. Fixing Ceramic tiles in floor, steps, treads and landing on 25 cm thick bed of C.M. (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of precaste tile with all labour T&P taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing of Ceramic glazed tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick C.P. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles with rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of pre cast tile with all labour T&P, taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. Ground Floor

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint with conveyance, taxes, lifts of all materials and labours, T&P required for the work etc. complete with all respect including scaffolding as directed by E.I.C.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) and finished smooth and even suface to receive painting including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Ground Floor

Finishing to walls with two coats plastic emulsion paint over one coat primer and plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and approved colour including cleaning the surface with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials labour T&P and scaffolding as required for the work and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and painting with two coats to the entire outside surface with silcon based weather coat paint over plastered surface of any approved make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding,labour, watering, & curing T & P ec. complete and as per direction of the E.I.C. Priming one coat with any approved primer to new wood work and iron works including sand papering polishing the surface with all cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials including cost of paints and primer, cost of labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C.

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer to new wood work and iron works including sand papering polishing the surface with all cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials incluidng cost of paints and primer, cost of labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C.
