Earth work excavation in foundation in hard soil including stony earth, and gravel mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts and to the required depth including shoring, shuttering, propping bullahs, piling de watering from foundation dressing and leveling bed supplying and working pumps staking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the E.I.C etc in all respects with coffer dam if required as per specification including cost of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries T & P etc. required for the work.
Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
CC (1:3:6) using 40 mm size and down graded crusher broken HG stone metal free from weathered surface of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth including laying concrete in layers with due compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all lead, lifts and delifts, T&P etc required for completion of the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
R.C.C. work (M-20) in plinth band, slab, chajja having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) of 150 Kg/cm sqm in 15 cm. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles with rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of pre cast tile with all labour T&P, taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint with conveyance, taxes, lifts of all materials and labours, T&P required for the work etc. complete with all respect including scaffolding as directed by E.I.C.
