Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410-w or E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortor (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with waterproofing compound @3% by weight of cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coat of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type-C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding/plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying including jointing, testing and commissioning of 3.5 core 70 Sqmm XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, LT UG electric cable with aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade including provision of lugs, glands etc laid in trenches or fixed on wall/pole or drawn through GI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - (i) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cover for cable protection will be measured & paid for seperately

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in replacement of existing burnt bricks complete all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. Note:- Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid

Supply and lay GI tubing, 'light grade' of size 80 mm ,with all fittings as in cable protection, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing tes point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Material and labour for wiring for circuit/submain wiring with PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor FRLS multi stranded, single core 1100V grade 2x1.50 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg medium grade rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and its accessories along with 1x 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor multi sranded single core copper cable for continuous earth wire and duly connected to common earth all as specified and directed Engr in Charge.
