Material and labour for designing , Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 70 kWp On grid solar ground mounted solar power generation system comprising of the following:- (Note:- (i) The tenderer shall visit the site before quoting the rates. (ii) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include one year additional comprehensive maintenance in addition to the standard defect liability period of 24 Calendar months for all items mentioned in Schedule "A'/BOQ. (iii) Defects raised by foreseen/unseen condition shall be rectified by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) In case of failure of any product in gurantee period shall be replaced by the contractor without any cost. (v) In case of failure of plant fault shall be rectified by the contractor within 12 hours of reporting.

Supply and fix BIS certified, MNRE approved Polycrystalline ALMM approved cells solar PV module/panels suitable for installation on ground with each panel having capacity not less than 335Wp complete with poly carbonate junction boxes, having sufficient number of fused incomers and outgoing terminals (positive/negative) suitable for 6.0 Ssqmm cables and connecting cables not less than 6.0 Sqmm copper conductor multistranded XLPO (solar cross linked poly olefin) cables double insulated , UV resistant halogen free low smoke ) from panel to panel all as directed. All modules will have minimum 25 years OEM linear output warranty. Modules should be of silicon Poly Crystalline type with 72 cells and minimum rating of 335 Wp with positive tolerance, Module efficiency >16.0%, fill factor>0.7, module should be free frpm PID, module connector suitable for MC4/Bizlink and jucntion box with minmimum IP 67 rating, Module shall be suitable for operation from upto +60°C ambient temperature, Modules will be combined to make array & string of panels to maximize power output along with supply and installation of necessary accessories like fuses, array/string junction box etc., Modules should be certified for relevant dust standards (Applicable standard IEC 60068 -2-68). Modules shall be deployed with RF ID tag inside lamination as per MNRE guidelines. Guranteed electrical degradation of power generation not exceeding 20% of the minimum rated power over the 25 year period and not more than 10% after ten years period of the full rated original output. Warranty against manufacturing defect, raw material, workmanship, inspection and testing procedures shall be 5 years from the date of commissioning. Modules shall be certified as per IEC 61215-Edition -II, IEC 61646 and IEC 61730-1 & 2 and other applicable IEC/IS standards. Makes:- BIS certified and MNRE Empanelled approved and as approved by Accepting Officer.

Supply and Fixing of MSEDCL approved solar generation meter & CT as per solar plant capacity, powder coated meter panel, with MCCB, smart meter with export limitation capabilities compatible with inverter OEM's monitoring portal including CTs complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No.02 (i) MSEDCL Registration fees and facilitation fees including GST Charges shall be paid by the contractor and any other charges shall be paid by the contractor and no extra shall be paid for commisioning of the Solar Power Plant. (ii) Work shall be executed as per MSEDCL latest Solar Policy. (iii) Liaisoning with MSEDCL, authority (Initial approval and installed solar power plant to Grid for smooth functioning shall be contractor responsiblity. All Fees related to the Power purchase agreement borne by the contractor . (iv) All Liaison work regarding the Plant from Starting to commissioning with MSEDCL,Nagpur will be done by the contractor and plant will be taken over after It is fully functional and certified by MSEDCL, Nagpur. (v) Final approval (Technical feasiblity report) shall be obtained from MSEDCL before Starting work in ground. (vi) All Materials Makes shall be approved as per MNRE, MSEDCL, BIS . (vii) PV Modules and solar cells shall be made in India make only.

Design, Supply and install prefabricated ground mounted solar panel mounting structure made of Hot deep galvanized steel angles/channels/flats including SS 304 nuts/bolts and washers suitable for wind resistance upto 150 Kmph complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC foundations of grade 1:3:6 of (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) at suitable points to provide for a stable robust support complete all as specified and directed.

On Grid Power Conditioning Unit (Inverter) Supply & installation of 415V 3-ph grid connected outdoor Inverters which is converted DC energy produce by the solar array to AC energy such that it synchronizes with the existing AC power sources on site and also install power manager to get all parameter details. The Inverter shall be compatible with Power optimizers, environmental testing should qualify IEC 60068-2 (1,2,14,30)/ Equivalent BIS standard. invertor shall have capacity to limitation of solar energy export to the grid. (Zero Export Device). Note : Inverter should be covered as per OEM design in such a way that structure must be sustain for 150 km/hr or as per IS 875 wind speed is inclusive of the quoted rate. MAKE : SOLAR EDGE or technocommercially equivalent in TATA SOLAR/ WAREE/JAKSON

Supply and fix DC distribution boards, IP65 suitable for ground mounted solar generation system of rating upto, 1000/1500 volts with the following:- (i) 6 incomer MCB of capacity 25 A (II) 6 outgoing MCB of capacity 25 A (III) DC surge protection device of suitable rating , (iv) DC fuse 25 A - 6 Nos. The DB will be having terminals suitable for 6 Sqmm copper conductor cables and the enclosure for the DB shall be made of poly carbonate box of IP66 as directed .

Supply and fixing ACDB – (1 in 1 out) Outdoor type, double door , IP66 Protected, Field ACDB Panel with following: - Incomers - 415V, 4P, 100 A MCCB – 1 Nos (Incomers from invertor) - Outgoing - 415V, 4P, 100 A MCCB,adjustable type - 1 No( Outgoing to LT Panel) - Copper Busbar of 4P, 160 A -- MFM Meter with suitable CTs - Surge protection device of suitable rating -LED Indicators for inputs and output - Glands for Inputs, Double Compression glands for output - Enclosure CRCA Powder Coated PU Paint - All Input and Output lugs (Cu & Al lugs as per cable type)

Supply and fix Solar Power optimizer compatible with solar string inverter with module level MPPT system for adjusting current and voltage & draw maximum output from the PV panels and applied in the ratio of 2:1 complete all as specified and directed. Make : Solar Edge or techno commercially equivalent in other specified makes compatible to solar inverter..

Supply and fixing UV protected XLPO Solar Grade copper Cable of size, PVC insulated 1 Core 6 Sqmm with DC Connectors (male & female) pair MC4, 1500 Volts rated outdoor type (Red color) complete all as specified and direcetd .

Supply and fixing UV protected XLPO Solar Grade copper Cable of size, PVC insulated 1 Core 6 Sqmm with DC Connectors (male & female) pair MC4, 1500 Volts rated outdoor type (Black color) all as specified and direcetd.

Material and labour for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 32 mm dia inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc for cable distribution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Perforated GI cable tray of size 150 mm width of Minimum Thickness 1.6 mm with cover and accessories with fittings (channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing Perforated PVC cable tray of size 100 mm width of Minimum Thickness 1.6 mm with cover and accessories with fittings (channel, fasteners, anchor bolt) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MC4 connector male-female type compatible with 4 sqmm DC cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying of cable trench, pole and stay foundation in any type of soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 3.0 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 25 x 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including the material and labour for :- (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (c) Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore light grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (g) The value of earth resistance should be less 5 Ω and the test report should be submitted to the E-in-Charge by the contractor. If the desired value not found than the earthing should be done by the contractor again without any cost.

Material and labour for backfill earthing compound, (Earth Enhancement Material) Tested From NABL Accreted Lab, maintenance free, less water requirement with following specifications : (i) It Shall Have High Conductivity, improves earth absorbing power and humidity retention capability. (ii) It shall be non-corrosive in Nature Having Low Water Solubility but highly hygroscopic. (iii) It shall be suitable for installation in dry form or in a slurry form. (iv) It shall not depend on the continuous presence of water to maintain its conductivity. (v) It shall be permanent & maintenance free and in its SET Form Maintains Constant Earth Resistance with Time. (vi) It shall not require periodic charging treatment nor replacement and maintenance. (vii) It shall be suitable for any kind of electrode and all kind of soil of different resistivity. (Viii) It shall not pollute or local water table and meets environmental friendly requirements for landfill. (ix) It shall not be explosive. complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25 x 4 Aluminium earth strip complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, design and testing errection of early streamer emission (ESE) lightning arrestor equipped with stainless central pick up rod full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point. Fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required) collect energy through streamer emmision controlled which detects the lightning and trigger a streamer (305KV & 20A) manufactured as per CPRI requirement & indian standard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 40mm dia GI light grade pipe with suitable clamps for fixing of air termination rod and earth strip on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix porcelain/epoxy, brown / green spacer insulator with one GI stud bolt with nut and washer with necessary drilling for bolt hole for holding or fixing roof / down conductor of lightning complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed.
