Taking down unserviceable MCB DB's / AC's box including MCCB / MCB of any size/ rating and taking in schedule of credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, light fittings etc. and removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match with existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade, drawn in and including PVC conduit of 20mm dia or higher suitable size with all fittings and accessories for four building security light point, controlled by one switch alongwith PVC insulated cable with stranded FRLS copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly including fixing of 1. 2mm thick MS sunken terminal box of appropriate size, suitably flushed to wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated/ ebonite sheet cover, fixed with brass screws and cup washers including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB TPN metalic distribution board 4 way, double door, 440 Volts, concealed flush to wall for mounting MCBs factory made, conforming to IS Code : 13032, fabricated out of CRCA sheet fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and approriate rated bus bar DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corsion atmosphere. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DB shall be of same make as MCBs and shall also be provided with lable marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all ways as specified. The DB shall be of IP:43 protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB tripple pole and neutral (TPN), 440 Volts, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' Series, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB single pole (SP), 240 Volts, 6 to 32 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA, 'C' series, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal VTPN DBs, DPX3, 160 Amps, MCCB DBs ,04 way (Optimum + 12) with metal door 415 Volts grade, IP-43 Protection, fixed flush to wall complete including connections should be provide with necessary reducer lugs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of DPX3 thermal magnetic MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 Amps, 415 Volts, 16 KA including making necessary arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling rose, surface type with 3 terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 35 Watt LED security light fitting with ASTRA NEO, street lights are made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LED's with secondary optics and IP66 protection with and including 0.60 mtr long 20/25mm bore (as per manufacturer's standard) GI pipe in 45 degree bend shape and necessary clamping devices as required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to earth lead wire of Gl of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of galvanized iron or steel including 15mm dia Gl pipe light grade upto 1.5 mtr below GL for protection pipe and excavation, earth work, charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber with cover and RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 6mm dia round bars @ 75mm c/c both way with MS handle 12mm dia GI funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-l, connected to earthing test point including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm dia GI wire, suitable for earthing as mentioned here-in-above, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with copper conductor cable four runs of 6 Sqmm multistranded and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-threaded using as continues earth wire connected to common earth duly complete including PVC conduit of 32mm dia medium grade with all fittings/ fixtures including cutting chasing and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces including taking down existing submain wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Four run of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM/ Unit. (b) Cost of repairing of damaged surfaces to match with existing surfaces shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 Volts grade including 25mm dia PVC concealed conduit with surface PVC casing & caping medium grade where beams/coloums in route, ISI marked with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc. as required, fixed on wall alongwith one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board complete including taking down unserviceable submain of any type/size and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Two run of 1.5 Sqmm and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM/ Unit. (b) Cost of repairing of damaged surfaces to match with existing surfaces shall be deemed to include in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made LT control panel board of adequate size, totally enclosed front opening type cubical, floor mounted and indoor type, made out of 2mm thick MS sheet with base frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm thick provided with copper bus bar - 04 Nos with colour coated sleeves of capacity 1.5 times of incommer and internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor cable of adequate size for making connections to various eqpts/ accessories including powder coated painting (internal & externally) complete over a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified with CPRI approved and with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 foundation including necessary excavation and earth work as required at site, complete with comprising of following accessories :- (a) Fixing only electric meters with complete - 08 Nos properly isolated from panel body by means of providing backelite sheet not less than 3mm thick as base plate cable connections. (b) MCCB of 160 Amps, TPN, Four Pole, 16 KA, 415 Volts - 01 No. (c) MCB TPN of 40 to 63 Amp, 10 KA, 415 Volt - 08 Nos (d) RYB indicator (set of three) - 01 Set. (e) MCB of 32 Amps, SPN 10 KA - 01 No. Notes :- (a) Taking down of old UNSV panel board / DBs with electric meters and old existing serviceable electric meters will be deposit to MES store yard and refixing the same after completing of panel installation. (b) Whenever disconnecting of electric meters qtr wise, electric meter reading and meter number will be noted. The same will be refixing after completion of panel installation.
