PUMPING MACHINERY :

Withdrawing the existing 5 (five) nos. Axially split casing type Centrifugal pump set (Gr-I) from the floor of High lift pump house by means of existing lifting arrangement after disconnecting the power line of motor, disintegrating the pump from motor by dismantling the coupling and disconnecting suction-delivery pipeline connection and carrying them at Doulatpur PHE Complex all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & delivery at site of Axially split casing type Centrifugal pump set having following specification: Discharge (Q) : 720 M3/hr Head (H) : 75 Mtr. Casing (Split) : Cast Steel,ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB Impeller : Leaded Gunmetal Bronze (LG2) Shaft: Carbon steel (EN8) Locknut & Ring : Carbon steel (EN8) Stuffing Box Bushes: Bearing Bronze/Cast Iron Sleeves and Nuts: Bronze/LTB 2 Neck Rings: Bearing Bronze/LTB 5 Bearing Housings & Bearing End Covers : Cast Iron Water Throwers: Rubber Bearing Lubrications: Grease Bearings: Anti Friction Ball Lantern Rings:LTB 5 Packing: Graphite Cotton Flange Drilling: To match BS 4504 or equivalent standard Pump should have equivalent dimension for coupling with existing 260 KW/275 KW motor for obviating any dimensional alteration and foundation damage

Installation and commissioning of the newly supplied pump as in item no 1.02 in the existing foundation of High lift pump house by means of existing lowering arrangement after reconnecting the existing power line of motor, integrating the motor with pump by the coupling and making suction-delivery pipeline connection by newly supplied nuts, bolts, washers,gaskets etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Reasembling and installation of the newly supplied rotating assembly as in item no. 1.03 within the existing volute casing by supplying new nut, bolts and washers with utmost care and proper levelling and aligning complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Testing and commissioning of the newly supplied pump as in item no.1.02 as per direction of E.I.C. on full load condition.

Commissioning of the newly supplied rotating assembly asin item no. 1.03 as per direction of E.I.C.

MODIFICATION OF PIPING WORK

Supply, delivery and storage at site of DN- 400 mm,PN-1.6 rating CIDF swing check non-return valve, with By pass arrangement as per IS 5312,part-1 : for installing on individual pump delivery line

Supply, delivery and storage at site of DN-400 mm, PN-1.6 rating Cast Iron moulded rubber lines wafer type motorised including inbuilt starter butterfly valve generally as per IS-13095 for individual delivery line for clear water pumps

Supply,delivery and storage at site of DN-900 mm,PN-1.6 double flanged Cast Iron actuator operated butterfly valve generally as per IS-13095 for common delivery line for clear water pumps

Supply, delivery and storage at site of DN-400 mm, PN-1.6 rating M.S. dismantling joints

DN-900 mm, PN-1.6 rating for common header of Clear water pump

Installation of all items as mentioned under Sl.No. 2.00 to 4.00 including construction/alternation of Pump foundations, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of existing cables with necessary jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation including arrangement of removing gland leckage water as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation (viz. pumps,valves, pipe lines etc. by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer as per direction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, valves etc. as under Sl.No. 2.00 to 4.00 as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Installation and commissioning of the flowmeter (as in sl. no. 5.01) at the specified position within the common delivery pipeline (DN 900) of pumping machineries by cutting pipe, inserting probe & other accessories, mending the damaged pipeline including installation of display unit, drawing of required power line by supplying & laying of required size of cable including testing commissioning all complete as per entire satisfaction of E.I.C.
