For providing skilled/unskilled manpower on outsourced basis from contracting agency under Kalwan Division (Malegaon Circle)

i. A. Technical Qualifications:

i. Valid Labor License issued by Asst. Labor Commissioner (it proves past experience of bidder).

ii. Valid Electrical Contractor License. (Optional)

iii. Shop Act/Sanstha Registration Certificate

iv. The bidder should have a minimum of three (03) years of experience of providing manpower on outsourced basis to Public Sector Undertakings in FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-26.

v. The Bidder shall be an agency registered under the Contract Labour Act-1970, and who has executed works of similar nature in any public sector during last three years for value equal to 50% of present contract under single contract in FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-26.

OR

vi. Under two contracts each of which should be equal to at least 30% of the present contract value in FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-26.,

OR

vii. Under three contracts each of which should be equal to at least 20% of the present contract value in any Public Sector undertakings in FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-26.

viii. First preference will be given to Maharashtra State based bidders having their office in local area/district. Later, outside agencies who will submit an undertaking that Office in the state branch office will be opened in the jurisdiction on award of contract will be given preference.

B. Financial Qualification:

i. The bidder shall have a positive net worth in FY 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

ii. The bidder shall have Average annual turnover of 50% of contract value as per last 3 financial years FY 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

iii. The bidder should submit the copies of last three years income -Tax Returns along with a valid PAN and GST number for FY 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

iv. Audited Financial Statement for the year FY 2022-2023, 2023-2024 & 2024-25.

v. All above documents certified by CA and having UDIN number.

C. Other Requirement:

i. The Bidder should have a valid PF & ESI Registration Certificates.
