Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying cables / poles foundation / stay assembly and getting out in soft / loose soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc, 25cm thick all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and spread dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning all as specified on both top and bottom of cable including ramming all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Punned thickness will be considered for measurement purposes.

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class 'B' of standard size best quality locally available laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area of following sizes complete all as directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches/walls. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted. (c) The quoted rate is inclusive of clamping on walls / pole if required (d) The earthwork will be measured and paid separately

Cutting of road / PCC for laying of UG cables upto a length of 3 mtr complete further laying of cables through GI pipe and filling with PCC and making the surface smooth with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of GI pipe of upto 100 mm bore (b) The cable shall be laid at depth of the same plane as that of the connected earth work (c) The sides of the GI pipe is required to be sealed properly to avoid moisture

Material and labour for detecting LT fault upto 0.433 KV through cable fault locator, finding the fault and excavating the earth at that particular location, removing the existing cable and preparing for fixing new cable joints and re laying of cables in the original position and return filling the earth work to make the surface smooth to mach with the existing surroundings complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Necessary labour for the earth work upto 10 mtr is deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (b) Necessary LT Joints will be measured under separate item. (c) Contractor has to commence the job within 3 hrs from the job card he has received. On failing which, double the quoted rate will be recovered by the Accepting officer. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the hiring of cable fault locator.

Supplying and making straight through cable end termination with cold jointing kit complete kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable upto 95 sq.mm 3.5 core XLPE Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M / JENSON or equivalent

Taking down old serviceable cable of capacity upto 300 sq.mm and keeping it in safe custody and further re-laid in the existing trenches / Walls as directed and specified. NOTE : (a) The rate is inclusive of testing of cable at site after laying of cables in trenches / walls. (b) The cable may be laid manually and no other means shall be permitted. (c) The quoted rate is inclusive of Clamping on walls / pole if required (d) The earthwork will be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for scrapping out old wornout painted surfaces and painting with smoke grey epoxy paint of LT Panels complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of labelling of the MCCBs on the LT Panel as per the existing model. (b) Shutdown for the Particular panel needs to be specified well in advance time (at least a week time)

Material and labour for repairing of the sheet metal enclosure of LT Panel complete through welding, screwing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of replacing of old sheet enclosure of upto 3.15 mm thick with new one as required. (b) Painting work will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour for cleaning of LT Panels, scrapping out mud, replacing of sleeves complete, tightening the lugs, insulating the wornout sleeves of cable / busbar with insulating tape complete including repairing of the sheet metal enclosure of LT Panel complete through welding, screwing complete all as directed and specified. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is inclusive of knobs, hinges and other locking arrangements required. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be excluded the painting of the replaced sheet. (c) The LT Panels needs to be cleaned on every quarterly basis. (d) The quoted rate is inclusive of aluminium / copper lugs required. (e) The quoted rate is inclusive of multi stranded copper cable of upto 10 sq.mm (< 10 RM)

Supply and fix MCCBs with thermal magnetic release and terminal spreaders of following capacities in existing LT Panel including disconnecting and removal of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The MCCBs needs to be affixed in the existing mounting arrangement of the LT panel. Any modification required needs to be carried out by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same. (b) The existing makes of MCCBs in the area are Standard, Havells, Indo Asian, L&T. (c) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary cable links and cable lugs if required for connections.

Material and labour for servicing of Air circuit Breaker after disconnecting the cables checking the lever, its tripping mechanism complete and setting the tripping value as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of necessary cable links and cable lugs if required for connections.

Material and labour rolled mid steel as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rectangular SMC junction box of size 240 x 130 x 110mm, shock proof and rust proof, Rot-proof and termite resistant, cable entry from bottom and/ or sides, 100% weather proof having pole mounting arrangement for street lights / boundary lights complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rectangular SMC Junction box of size 140 x 140 x 95mm, shockproof and rustproof, Rot-proof and termite resistant Cable entry from bottom and/ or sides, 100% weatherproof having pole mounting arrangement for Garden Light complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The box needs to be affixed in the existing mounting arrangement. Any modification required needs to be carried out by the contractor and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same.

Material and labour Aluminium Bus bar with sleeves (of suitable colour) and of suitable size including removal of old worn out bus bar complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE :- (i) Necessary nut bolt/fasteners & drilling of holes as required deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) For measurement purpose weight of busbar needs to be certified by Engineer-in-Charge at site. The necessary weight measuring equipments needs to be supplied by the contractor as and when directed at site on no cost basis so as to facilitate proper and prompt response.

Supply and fix LT Cable Route indicator made up of MS with dimensions upto 100 mm dia (approx) and embedded letters ".433 KV LT MES" of all as per specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting of existing Steel Pole by applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of silver metal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Painting of existing concrete pole by applying two coat of enamel paint (same as existing) complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of Automatic Power Factor Correction Panels ( APFC ) at various sub stns of different capacities and comprising of following works :- (i) Repair / maintenance of Contactors, Relays and Capacitors, MCCBs & MCBs provided in the APFC Panel (ii) Calibration of effective management of power factor correction near to unity as per the variation of load in the corresponding transformer in terms of serviceability of MCCB/MCBs, Contactors, Capacitors and Relay and display unit including the following Technical services:- NOTE : (i) The Contractor will responsible for maintaining the power factor near to unity on individual APFC Panels and overhaul the value at main Receiving Stn . Contractor will responsible for, the penalty/ compensation charges which charged by CESC, due to Low Power factor and same amount should be paid by the contractor from his own account. The above quoted rate is inclusive of all regarding to maintain the APFC Panel power factor. (ii ) The Capacitors, Contactors, Relays, MCCB replaced will be measured and Paid separately under relevant items. (iii) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement / refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix Solar LED light fitting of 20W all in one with Hybrid comprising of smart integrated solar street light with built in mono crystalline panel, Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery, MPPT charge controller and PIR sensor with colour temperature 6000-6500K, 7.0 mtr long Hot Dip galvanised Octagonal pole all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. Comprehensive maintenance, servicing and checking the connections and terminal of AMF panel (for 250 KVA DG Set), finding the fault, servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable spares and testing complete for manual and Auto operations all as directed. NOTE :- (a) Necessary spray and other T&P equipments are deemed to be inclusive in the above quoted rate. (b) All the Spares as and when required for replacement are deemed to be included in the above quoted rate (c) Labour charges for dismantling / taking down and replacement / refixing new parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. (d) The contractor needs to complete the job within a period of 12 Hrs from the time of receiving the complaint from JE (E/M) telephonically failing which a half the quoted rate will be recovered. (e) For the calculation purpose, one job will be measured when contractor fully certified that DG will automatically on / off whenever the power supply from KEB goes off and on.
