Removing damaged AC sheet and Supplying and fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets by removing the old damaged sheets including cost of sheets,bolts,nuts and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. The old sheets should be take over by the contractor on buyback policy.
Breaking the damaged binder wall, removing the AC sheets carefully and the brick wall should be finished neatly by breaking the damaged portion, refix the AC sheets in position and the binder wall should be reconstructed with brick wall win CM 1:3 and finished neatly with CM 1:3, 20mm thick including finishing, curing etc.., complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.
