White washing One coat using clean shell lime (unslaked) including cost of lime, gum, blue, brushes, including cost scaffolding etc complete in all respect complying with relevant standard specification ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the EE before use)

Painting the old Walls with One coats of approved quality Plastic Emulsion Paint including cost of brush paint Scaffolding including through scrapping the old painted plastered surface and washing the surface with soap and soda water etc complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the EE before use)complying with relevant standard specification

Painting the old iron work with One coat of first class synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of appd quality including cost of labour charges scaffolding charges and scrapping the old painted surface etc the paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost (the quality and shade of the paint should be got approved by the EE before use) as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the old wood work with One coat of first class synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality including the cost of brush, paint, scaffolding, charges etc .all complete the paint should be supplied by the contractor at his own cost (The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the EE before use ) as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of following water supply fittings and pipes of best and approved make including cost materials and labor charges for removing old/defective/damaged fitting and pipes etc.,all complete and as directed by the departmental officers(The Quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from the EE before use)

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter (The Quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from the EE before use)
