Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L For Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work of cm (1:4) concrete surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L For PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Coping /benching of manholes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For Pre cast Rcc cover Ditto, but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain facesas per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 50 mm thick Sand stone slabs for man holes as required size placed in position set and pointed with cm 1:4. all as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L For Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc n.exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in Soft and disintegrated soil specified & directed

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soilas per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Removal of excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L For Demolition and breaking up of blocked, broken drain sewage pipe line (SGSW/ RCC pipes), including the pipe inserted in MH walls etc. and disposing the sludge, broken pipe and alike components out side MD land for undermentioned drain pipes.

S&F Providing lowering, laying, aligning & fixing in position and joining at all level/depths full round HDPE DWC Pipes (Double Wall corrugated) of 200 mm dia bore with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Providing lowering, laying, aligning & fixing in position and joining at all level/depths full round HDPE DWC Pipes (Double Wall corrugated) of 150mm dia bore with reqd jointing accessories of SN-8 grade as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L For Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in mud mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required Ditto, but in brick walls built in lime mortar and stone walls area of hole is 176.62 cm sequre built in mud mortar as per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipsas per directions of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 450 mm dia reinforced hume pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum filling, including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size and shape etc., n.exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in copings, band, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 50 cm in height kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerb water troughs etc including necessary formwork including weathering, slightly rounded or cahmfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation on new wall surfaes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in 1:6 cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Demolition of RCC any Discription and any postion(reinforcement cut as required)all as specified and as directed.
