COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF 8 AND 13 PASSENGER LIFTS INSTALLED AT DEEPAK VIHAR, ANAND PARBAT MIL STN UNDER GE (NORTH) DELHI CANTT-10

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Deepak Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Make of Lift - Thyssenkrupp Elevator India) by regularly examining, lubricting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground+ Six floors i.e. total Seven landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts:- Deepak Vihar :- Block No P/126 & P/128 Capacity of 08 Passanger lifts - 02 Nos Capacity of 13 Passanger lifts - 02 Nos (Total Qty = 04 Nos X 11 months= 44 per month)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Deepak Vihar, lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU with OEM (Make of Lift - Thyssenkrupp Elevator India) by regularly examining, lubricting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quaterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground+ Eight floors i.e. total Nine landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts:- Deepak Vihar :- Block No P/129,P/130,P/131,P/132,P/135,P/136,P/137,P/138 & P/139. Capacity of 08 Passanger lifts - 09 Nos Capacity of 13 Passanger lifts - 09 Nos (Total Qty = 18 Nos X 11 months= 198 per month)

(vii) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (ix) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge.OEM Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (x) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not come to the site of attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deduct from his dues.

Supply and fixing of 300mm sweep car cabin fan in lift with necessary accessories such as fins/ grills, nuts, bolts and wires, etc.including taking down old unserviceable fan complete all as specified and directed.(Make:- Bajaj/CG/Havells/Khaitan)

Supply and fixing exhaust fan heavy duty of size 300 mm sweep of 900 RPM, 230 volts, 50Hz, with louver of metal body, terbo force with copper wound for lift machine room including testing and assembling and making good the disturbed surface of walls and other required accessories including taking down of old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.(Make:- Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells/Khaitan)

Supply and fixing of display board made up with acrylic sheet of size 200mm x 100mm with engraving the mobile Nos. of Contractor,Lift attendant/Rescuer, OEM AMC rep,JE E/M and AGE E/M with lettter size 10mm in height. The mobile number should be of fluorescent colour/ radium paint which will be visible in dark place (in case of power failure) as well in day light, display board should be tempered proof complete in lift cabin all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of hand rails of 32 mm dia stainless steel, medium grade pipe with curved ending including necessary fittings screwing,drilling on steel surface for lifts including taking down old unserviceable hand rails complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mirror size of 120cm x 80 cm and 4mm thickness mirror with stainless steel frame inside the car cabin of lift including necessary fixing accessories on steel surface including taking down old unserviceable mirror complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mirror size of 180cm x 80 cm and 4mm thickness mirror with stainless steel frame inside the car cabin of lift including necessary fixing accessories on steel surface including taking down old unserviceable mirror complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for buffing for stainless stell surface inside of lift car cabin complete with using buffing machine and compound for buffing upto remove the dull outlook and rusted spots on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.
