Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls and including wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing any size or type etc complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line, wire any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a primer coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old treated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris from the premises etc and S&F Exterior grade, coloured glossy finish rubber pressed, cement concrete designer chequered tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone set paving of any description or in floors, aprons etc (Laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar) including removing off the premises etc and S&F machine pressed (Rubber moulded) pre-cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fibre reinforced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade over and including Supply and spreading of M-sand 50mm thick(compacted thickness) as cushioning material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded pre-cast Kerb stones of cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) factory made, size, shape, pattern and finished as approved, including rounding, chamfered or half round and bedded of perfectly leveled surface pointed and jointed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 Sq m but n exceeding 4 Sq m each, including cutting holes for removing the hold fast etc (Disturbed surface of wall shall be make good by the contractor etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete shall as specified and as directed

S&F Powder Coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed/Sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified complete all as specified etc. complete shall as specified and as directed Note - Wire Cloth & Glass shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than airfares of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L plain cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick finished even and fair.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off from premises and providing M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light colour 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular)polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling the existing unserviceable floor/hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off from premises and providing M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including rendering of 10mm thick in CM(1:3) on Brick work or stone masonry surface as backing coat of tiles complete all as specified.

Removal of sludge from septic tanks / manholes of any size and depth and burying the sludge in pits with suitable depth & filled by earth and removal of surplus soil complete all as directed to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land . Note - Removal of sludge only will be considered for payment. Dewatering of water will be measured and paid separately.

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen including floor / nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap up to 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / de-sludging and removing foreign materials to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks/manholes of any size and depth and removal the same to distance/place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required etc. dewatering of water complete all as directed.

M&L Mild Steel TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.
