Taking down existing ACSR conductor including disconnection after taking proper written shut down from HT/ LT OH line complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of GI wire any type and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing LT/HT insulators any types and any size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/Loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M & L for fly ash bricks, old size as per IS 1489 (Part I)-2002 laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Boring/drilling (Horizontly) manually/mechanically under existing road max 10 M in depth) suitable for passing GI Tubing 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing LT UG cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured IS 7098 marked, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core, laid in trench/laid under floor or fixed naked with wall/on wall/in ducts/in GI pipes etc. with and includings MS Clamps, nuts,bolts,washers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excation, earth works,and sand cushioning,protection bricks/tiles/blocks and pipe shall be measured and paid seprately under given items.

S&F Cable jointing kit for 1100 V (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core 25 to 50 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement wheather proof pole mounting junction box, base and door of junction box made out of SMC having outside dimention 333x233x120mm, inside dimention 300x200x105mm , single door front openable provided with hinged cover and locking arrangements with 4 Nos aluminium bas bar 63 Amps, mounted on porcelin insulator including M&L for MCB SP 10-1No, fixed on box in Din rail complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of junction box body complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 6mm thick of size 600x600 mm buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr from GL, connected with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm all as shown in Plate No-3, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mmx400mmx50mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, 50 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of GI Strip 32x6mm, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth plate, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement factory made , tested , CPRI approved powder coated Timer panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 600mmx450mmx450mm) ,cubical compartmentalized , out door type double door , plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars four pole installed on porcelain/SMC insulator. The timer panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and outer shell made of of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet , 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, the cubical have bottom support of angle iron 50x50x6mm duly coated with zink metal coating,front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :- (a) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 4 pole , 63 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA, with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (ii) 3 pole power contractor AC 3 rating 40 Amp, 240 Volt AC -01 Nos (iii) Astronomical Digital Timer Switch 240 V AC -01 Nos (iv) Digital VAF+PF meter with RS 485 Cl-1 -01No (v) CTs ratio 200/5 A ,class 1, ISI marked -01 sets of three (vi) Indicating lamp- 01 set of three (vii) Four Pole , Aluminium bus bar 150 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 40 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 16 KA thermal magnetic release - 02 Nos Note - Plateform of panel fixed with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crused stone ,15 cm thick in foundation,brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class B old size bricks ,rendring 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6,type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on Top and grouting bolts etc for panel.The plate form shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate/glands. All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit protection and confirming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947 -II (Latest Version). The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture.

M&L in replacement out door type busbar panel board (Dimention of Cubical/enclosure not less than 600mmx450mmx450mm) made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm factory made suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, powder coat painted comprising of the following:- (a) FP, Aluminium bus bar 500 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators. (b) Incoming MCCB 250 Amps 36 KA, 415 Vots, 50 Hz, FP. – 1 No (c) LED Indicator lamp RYB - 01 set of three.
