FACTORY INSPECTION :- A factory inspection program will be scheduled by contractor before supply of RMU and no extra cost admissible on this account. Before supply of RMU contractor shall inform to Accepting officer through GE for factory inspection and the representative of Accepting officer shall visit the factory to ascertain the quality of RMU.

Supply and fix power factor improvement single phase static 12 KV capacitor 300 KVAR per phase with automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel suitable for HT 11 KV 3 Phase, 50 Hz system complete all as specified and directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.

Enclosure Details

Simplex type, free standing CRCA cubicle with epoxy based powder coated paint (shade RAL 7032).

All openings, covers, doors shall be provided with self-adhesive neoprene type beading.

Outdoor panel with IP55 protection.

Enclosure at all sides are of 3.0 mm thickness. Method of cable entry is bottom- 3mm removable aluminum gland plate for power cable and control cable.

Enclosure lighting.

Base frame of minimum 75mm ISMC channel (black).

Tinned copper earth bus bar running through entire panel.

FACTORY INSPECTION :- A factory inspection program will be scheduled by contractor before supply of APFC Panel and no extra cost admissible on this account. Before supply of APFC Panel contractor shall inform to Accepting officer through GE for factory inspection and the representative of Accepting officer shall visit the factory to ascertain the quality of APFC Panel.

Supply and installation,testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz ,totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum circuit breaker having rupturing capacity upto 350 MVA , overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp complete all as specified and directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.

i) Vaccum circuit breaker fitted with vaccum interrupters, triple pole metal clad indoor type , totally enclosed & fully interlocked draw out type VCB as per IEC 62271-100/200/IS 13118 including coupling with existing VCBs with new coupling arrangement all as specifed and directed.

ii) Single break trip breaker with motor operated spring charged mechanism,mounted on a truck carriage/ cassette, complete with self contained operated fully interlockedrack in & Rack out mechanism ON /OFF Indicator with hand trip device

iii) Spring operated Motor(230 V AC ) shunt trip coil (30V DC) & Auxillary switch of 4 NO + 4 NC, manually operated spring closing mechanism complete auxillary switches trunk type with ON/OFF indicator of rupturing capacity of 350MVA and rating up to 630 Amp as mentioned with one set of triple pole IDMT numerical relay with three overcurrent relay 50% to 200 % in step of 25 % in range of 5 amps and one ,earth fault relay 20 % to 80% in steps of 10% range 5 Amps

iv) Fully compartmentalised sheet steel enclosure floor mounting type with automatic safety shutters,independent pressure discharge flaps with heat shrinkable PVC sheeves.

FACTORY INSPECTION :- A factory inspection program will be scheduled by contractor before supply of VCB and no extra cost admissible on this account. Before supply of VCB contractor shall inform to Accepting officer through GE for factory inspection and the representative of Accepting officer shall visit the factory to ascertain the quality of VCB.
