Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead : (Of area of 3 sqm. and below)

Making the opening for door/window/clerestory window in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground.

Applying stacking and laying stone soling tightly packed including watering ramming and carriage from source to site of work complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with. Including all carriage.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Pebble dash plaster upto 10m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6mm to 12.5mm nominal size dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) and top layer 10mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.(35mm)

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : (First class deodar wood)(35 mm)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required) (35mm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.( Two or more coats on new work)

Filling with sand in trenches plinth side in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth by ramming and watering complete (2ndclass sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (7-8 mm)

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm, with 40mm dia, steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Welded)
