SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE/RUSTED PVC PIPELINE AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT ENVIRONMENT PARK, MILITARY STATION ALWAR UNDER GE ALWAR

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre in width and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundations, laying of water supply pipes, cables and other associated services, including setting out, excavation in soft/loose soil, dressing of sides and bottom, getting out excavated soil and all incidental operations, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point, including loading, unloading, spreading and leveling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down PVC tubing and connections of 25 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceilings, floors, trenches and other locations, including dismantling of supports/fittings, handling and stacking of recovered material as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Taking up/down PVC tubing and connections of 40 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceilings, floors, trenches and other locations, including dismantling of supports/fittings, handling and stacking of recovered material as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Taking up/down PVC tubing and connections of 50 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceilings, floors, trenches and other locations, including dismantling of supports/fittings, handling and stacking of recovered material as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Taking up/down PVC tubing and connections of 80 mm bore, fixed in walls, ceilings, floors, trenches and other locations, including dismantling of supports/fittings, handling and stacking of recovered material as directed, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing, medium grade, 25 mm bore, conforming to relevant IS requirements, including all necessary fittings, sockets, elbows, tees, unions, reducers and other accessories, complete laid in trenches, properly aligned, jointed and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing, medium grade, 40 mm bore, conforming to relevant IS requirements, including all necessary fittings, sockets, elbows, tees, unions, reducers and other accessories, complete laid in trenches, properly aligned, jointed and tested, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
