Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours,shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineerin-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Removing cement plastering in flooring and wall plastering carefully removing and using chisel including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable material within 50m lead including scaffolding.

Supplying and applying two part flexible cementitious water proof coating brush bond 1.50 mm thick at a coverage of 12 sqm / 25kg pack of cementitious material with Nitobond BB 4 litre) including necessary surface preparation etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing polymer modified mortar of CM 1:4 two coats of 30 mm ( each coat of 15mm thick) admixed with Nitobond AR @ 2lts per bag of cement including applying a polymer based bonding agent Nitoband AR @ 1:1:4 ratio ( one part of Nito bond AR one part of water and four part of cement) - For walls and floors

Providing polymer modified coving floor wall junctions using CM 1:4 admixed with Nito bond AR @ 1.5 lts per bag of cement complets as per the specifications

Lime concrete terracing on roofs laid to fall with 25mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% of lime(1 part lime two parts brickbrick aggregates) rammed and finished with gur and bligiri treatment complete including rounding of junctions with parapet wall complete.

Providing and laying Ist class pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 20 mm nominal thickness of approved size) laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with integral water proofing admixture conplast X421 1C or equivelent @ 150 ml per bag of cement including neccesary lead, lift, curing etc.,complete as per the direction.

Pointing of pressed clay tiles with CM 1:3 admixed with Nito bond [email protected] lts per bag of cement complete as per the spacifications

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same:With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks

Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Supplying and laying PVC Pipes with specials of class III cateogry (6kg/sqcm) including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing, jointing with necessary fittings with solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charger etc.complete in all levels and depths as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge - 100mm dia PVC pipes - Finolex or equivalent.

Repairing cracks by Groove cutting and filling the groove with water proofing polymers with 10% by weight of cement at exterior wall in 4-MLD-STP building.The rate inclusive cleaning all dirt, dust, loose material in order to achieve a dry surface for application of waterproofing polymers,In case of holes/flaking, the same shall be repaired with cement putty admixed with water proofing polymers as per Enginer's instruction

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Towards charges for intercarting waste dismantled forseling item such as rubbish, earth etc and carting away the same out side of the campus as directed by Engineer incharge.(voids 20% will be deducted from body measurement of the vehicle)

Providing the Ultra Fitter Membran's bottom piece by removing and replace the defective spares with new bottom piece, arc welding ,bolt and nuts Etc., and ensure that all the connections are properly made with membrane and pipe lines. Complete.

Removing, cleaning and servicing the the motorized isolation auto valves in Ultra filtration (UF),basket strainer vale-2nos ,feed valve-2nos,top and bottom backwash valve-2 nos,rejecte water vale -1 no by replace the defective spares with new / old working ones,neo prene-rubber gaskets, bolt and nuts Etc., and ensure that all the connections are properly made with suitable capacitors, relays and switches Complete.

Servicing the sluice gate in water channel of inlet chamber basin by removing, cleaning, leveling, welding. Rearranging gates to regulate the water level in the chamber changing the defective with new / old working ones applying blue grease, changing of bearings sleeves, prene-rubber gaskets, bolt and nuts Etc., and ensure that all the connections are properly made with suitable capacitors, relays and switches Complete.

Servicing the 300mm dia automation water level valve T-9 Ozone Conduct Tank by removing, cleaning, leveling, welding. Rearranging the spacer and arresting the water leak to regulate the water level in the T-9 tank. changing the defective with new / old working ones applying blue grease, changing of bearings sleeves, prene-rubber gaskets, bolt and nuts Etc., and ensure that all the connections are properly made with suitable capacitors, relays and switches Complete.

Servicing the automation air compressor in Ultra filtration (UF) .Attending the automation issue and connecting the relays and ensure that all the connections are properly made with suitable capacitors and switches Complete.
