12mm thick cement plaster in C. M. (1:4) with neat cement punning over brick work and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after raking out the joint including watering, curing, rounding of corners, providing grooves where ever necessary with cost, conveyance, cess and royalities, DMF, EMF, additional charges of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint toinside wall with any approved shade etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of he Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weather coat two coats two coat over a coat of wall primer to outside wall surface of approved shade including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with cost of indigo, blue with labour and T&P required for the work etc., completein all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with enamel paint to door & window of approved shade including cost of paint, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with labour and T&P etc., required for the work complete and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of durashine (TATA) sheet in roofing including fixing of wind ties, J. Hooks, G.I. or limpet washers with bolts and nuts drilling in wing ties with all T&P etc., complete including cost, conveyance, cess and royalities of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural Steel work of grade - Yst 250 in riveted, bolted or welded built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with welding and bolted with special shaped washers (Hot finished seamless type tubes) including cost, conveyance of all materials, all labour, T&P etc complete as per approved design and specification.
