Maintenance of Earthen shoulder (filling with fresh soil)Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulder( Average 150 mm filling ) to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305)

Inverted Choke (Construction of inverted choke by providng , laying , spreading and compacting screening B type/Coarse sand specified grade in uniform layer on a prepared surface with motor grader and compacting with power roller etc)

Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader in prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with an initial lead of 5 km) - (i) For Grading II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming/ binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregatewatering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of Specified quantity using mechanical means) ( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A. With bitumen emulsion -CSS-1h

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom ( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (c) (b) Dry & hungry bituminous surface

Bituminous concrete ( Providing andlaying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of spacified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd.grade, level and alignment , rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509.complete in all respect . ( including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)(including extra lead beyond 5.00 km for carriage of materials from quarry to plant site and extra lead beyond 10 km from Plant site to laying site) (a) with 60/70 or VG- 30 grade bitumen (ii) For grading -II ( 13mm nominal size )

Retro reflectoised Traffic Signs : Providing and erecting of Retro reflectoried cautionary , mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide slause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting. 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25mmx25mmx4mm supported on a mild steel steel iron angle post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundaton with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmx45cmx60cm,60cm below grond level as per approved drawing and sign.( All the steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand.) ii) 60 cm equilateral traingle

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one year ( Planting of trees by the road side ( Avenue Trees ) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decyed farm yard/ sludge mannure, planying the sapling s, backfilling the trenches, watering , fixing the tree guatred and maintaining the plants for one year..
