Providing and fixing Galvalume Pre-Coated steel sheet for Self Supported roofing system manufacture by using cold rolled steel sheet out of 1.30 mm thick based metal thickness(BMT), steel with min 350 MPa Yield strength and profile made from the coil width of range 900 mm to 920 mm converted into profile having effective Profile width of 610 mm to 625 mm and effective depth profile sheet ranges from 195 mm to 210 mm (from top of edge of inter- locking to bottom of sheet .Metallic hot dip coated with Zinc and Aluminum alloy (55% aluminium,45 % Zinc) AZ 150 (Min 150 gms/sqm total on both sides). The paint shall have a coating thickness on top side of sheet 25 micron (Minimum) and bottom 12 micron (minimum). Laying/fixing shall be done with interlocking / seaming the approved colour different sheets without making holes or preventing the overturning the roof by wind addition made up from superior quality including fixing end connections, hangers, clamps etc. as may be necessary at site. NOTE: Supply, fabrication & erection of self-supported single span arch roof (of approx size 19 m span X 26 m length & height 7 m approx.) fabricated from mechanically seamed Hydraulic Machines to profiles of Imported Galvalume Cold Rolled Structural Steel coils as per required shape and curvature, Steel Sheet, Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated by Hot-Dip Process. The interlocking panels shall be pressed to close the seam forming water tight joints. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge. The rate of item is inclusive of the cost of all the materials, flashings at ends, machinery, labour involved in all the operations described above including charges of all lifts, leads, transportation scaffolding, centering shuttering and all the taxes except GST. The cost of fixing self supported roofing system at both the ends with end connectors is also included in this item. (For payment purpose, only area of the profile sheet after erection in curved shape (Finished work) shall be measured in sqm upto two decimals. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.) NOTE:- i. Agency will submit the Guarantee Bond for safety and stability of the Self Supporting Roof Structure for a period of 15 (fifteen) years after completion of the work. ii. The work will be executed by the specialized agency only and being specialized agency he has to ensure the design requirement regarding the thickness of the profile sheets including its profile and the minimum thickness will be 1.3mm. (Please refer design adequacy report on base metal thickness for self supporting roofing sheet at page no. D-1) The rate of the self supporting roof structure is for sheet with base sheet thickness of 1.3mm being specialized agency need to quote the rate for the thickness not less then 1.3mm and if in the opinion of the agency the requirement of thickness is more than 1.3mm (base metal) thickness and agency provide more thickness of profile sheet for its own design and satisfaction, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. iii. After Completion of the work agency will submit the certificate from Govt. Institute regarding Safe design and execution of work. iv. The RCC footing for the work will be made available by the department i.e. CHIAL.

Providing and fixing Galvalume Pre-Coated steel sheet in semicircular shape for Gable end system manufacture by using cold rolled steel sheet out of 0.80mm thick based metal thickness(BMT), total coated thickness as 0.875mm, steel with min 350 MPa Yield strength and profile made from the coil width of range 600mm converted into profile having effective Profile width of 305mm and effective depth profile sheet ranges from 110mm to 120 mm (from top of edge of inter- locking to bottom of sheet .Metallic hot dip coated with Zinc and Aluminum alloy (55% aluminium,45 % Zinc) AZ 150 (Min 150 gms/sqm total on both sides). The paint shall have a coating thickness on top side of sheet 25 micron (Minimum) and bottom 12 micron (minimum). Laying/fixing shall be done with interlocking / seaming the approved colour different sheets without making holes or preventing the overturning the roof by wind addition made up from superior quality including fixing end connections, hangers, clamps, sheet channel to be fixed around the arch etc. as may be necessary at site. NOTE: Supply, fabrication & erection of Gable end system of 19mtr wide having height varies from 0mtr at end to 7mtr at the center fabricated from mechanically seamed Hydraulic Machines to profiles of Imported Galvalume Cold Rolled Structural Steel coils as per required shape and curvature, Steel Sheet, Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated by Hot-Dip Process. The interlocking panels shall be pressed to close the seam forming water tight joints. The work shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge. (For payment purpose, only vertical plan area of the gable end after erection (Finished work) shall be measured in sqm upto two decimals. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account.) Deduction of area for the purpose of payment for rolling shutter, windows, doors if any will be done as per actual. NOTE:- i. Agency will submit the Guarantee Bond for safety and stability of the Self Supporting Roof Structure for a period of 15 (fifteen) years after completion of the work. ii. The work will be executed by the specialized agency only and being specialized agency he has to ensure the design requirement regarding the thickness of the profile sheets including its profile and the minimum thickness will be 0.80mm.The rate of the Gable End is for sheet with base sheet thickness of 0.80mm being specialized agency need to quote the rate for the thickness not less then 0.80mm and if in the opinion of the agency the requirement of thickness is more than 0.80mm (base metal) and agency provide more thickness of profile sheet for its own design and satisfaction, nothing extra shall be paid on this account. iii. After Completion of the work agency will submit the certificate from Govt. Institute regarding Safe design and execution of work. iv. The RCC footing for the work will be made available by the department i.e. CHIAL
