Preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ 4 % of bitumen (Paving bitumen VG-30 grade) by the weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidate thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix and OPC-43 grade using as filler material laid with mechanical paver finisher and surface rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous concrete shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported from plant to work site and laid / spread by means of mechanical paver finisher with sensor control. (ii) Filler for bituminous concrete shall be OPC-43 grade @ 2% of total mix. (iii) Contractor shall quote his rate on the basis of binder as mentioned in this item. If there is any negative variation in the actual binder content used as per design mix approved by GE, the rate shall be adjusted @ ₹ 53.00 per Kg of binder used. However no price adjustment shall be made if the binder content works out to more than as specified in said items. (iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by GE.

Repair to potholes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 30mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new / old surfaces providing and making lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint min 2.50 mm thick complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, material, tool, Equipment incl all incidental cost necessary to carryout the work at site conforming to technical specification clause no.803 of MORTH specifications 5th Revision of 2001/Latest edition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 130 x 130mm having double plastic ABS strip containing 52 mm retro reflective glass beads of colour white / red / yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No GPL-01-05 of Make GREENS / GREENLITE or equivalent item of other specified make.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) below or above ground level in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor factory made machine pressed precast PCC solid block (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of size as directed set in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described, exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
