12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately):35 mm thick

Providiing and laying ceramic glazed floor tile of size 300×300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colors such as White,ivory,gray,fume red brown,laid on 20 mm thick cemeny mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand),Jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Fly proof Stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm wide apreture with matching wood beading

Providing & fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.(a) 15mm nominal bore
