S&F in replacement gun metal globe valve with iron wheel, screwed both ends for iron pipes of following sizes complete all as specified and directed:-

Opening the top of the sluice valve carefully, taking out the gate & spindle, scraping/cleaning the gate both sides, cleaning/scraping of sluice valve body throughly from inside, refixing / replacing the spindle, gate cheak nut and top of sluice valve including replacement of gland packing rope of suitable size & rubber gasket and bolt,nut with washers necessary metalling ,grinding and levelling of the valve door seating complete for the following sizes of Sluice valve :-

Carry out day to day rectification of water supply complaints at Area I & Area II like Leakege of water supply line any sizes, brocken/Crack of the GI/CI/DI Pipes any sizes, replacement of unserviceable Gate valves, replacement of gland rope and rubber packing to any size of Sluice valves etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) . Replacement of GI Fittings shall be measured and paid separately. (ii). GI Pipe shall be mesured and paid separately. (iii). If required excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately. (iv). Materials like Lead,Gate valves, gland rope,rubber packing, Shealloc bottole,cotton thread etc shall be measured and paid separetely (v). Pipe fitter with Helpers so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 08.45 Hrs morning to receive complaints(Complaint slip provided by the contractor) from department and complaint should be rectified with in a same day. (vi). Rate included with transport vehicle provided by the contractor to attending the complaints Area I

S&F in replacement PTMT bib tap of 15mm dia screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) on brick surfaces of valve chambers including taking down plastering complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the existing under sluice valve and S&F new sluice valve the following sizes CI body ISI marked class PN 1.6 heavy duty flanged ends cast iron wheel with Brass spindle (ISI marked) conforming to IS : 14786 – 2000, short body all as specified including nuts ,bolt, washers and gasket all as directed by Engineer-inCharge. Supply and laying GI tubing ,medium grade galvanised with all fittings specials such as bend, elbows,tees, short pieces connection, back nuts, diminishig pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc laid in trenches and laid in walls, ceiling & laid in floor ceiling,floors of following size. Note: Excavation and earth work will be measure and paid separately:-

Relaying /refixing /rerouting only GI tubing for the following sizes after cleaning in same locatioin or other location new or old position in trenches and testing complete all as specified and directed.
