Routine and periodical work required for trimming / cutting of tree branches of any girth, touching /obstructing the over head lines of HT/LT poles of three phase distribution system at places not more than 40 mtr span distance so as to keep minimum 2.0 mtr clearance all around the lines and poles with due care after taking proper electric shoutdown from concern MES competent staff complete disposal thereof ( trimmed branches) to a distance not exceeding 100 metre , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing scraping the old painted surfaces and applying two coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular swaged poles 11 mtrs long steel and swan neck /bracked, chanels/angles including making/pasting three nos cricular strips of 300 mm wide yellow & black colour with synthetic reflected enamel paint and marking /stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable lightening arrestor 11 KV , complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height and 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stay assy using 16mm dia galvanised rod complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part I incl dismentling unsv one complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (Clamps, loop insulator, earth work, PCC measured separately)

S&F in replacement stay wire using galvanised steel strand of 7/3.15mm complete with necessary binding incl dismentling taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling anti clambing device barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing/dismantling Old UNSV pole and Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing up steel tubular swaged pole overall height 9 mtrs type 410 SP 31 complete with cast iron base plate pole cap finial taper plag bolt nut washer etc including painting with two coats of Aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 No bent /strips with post office red/yellow colour ( 300 mm wide each) synthetic enamel paint at a distance 300 mm from plinth block and marking pole No with black synthetic enameled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface emmbedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing/dismantling Old UNSV pole and Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing up steel tubular swaged pole overall height 11 mtrs type 410 SP 55 complete with cast iron base plate pole cap finial taper plag bolt nut washer etc including painting with two coats of Aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 No bent /strips with post office red/yellow colour ( 300 mm wide each) synthetic enamel paint at a distance 300 mm from plinth block and marking pole No with black synthetic enameled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface emmbedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11000 Volts, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT 1100 volts, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling and taking down old/unsv cross arms, bracing, supports etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,cutting,welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paints complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5mm thick for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2mtr x 1mtr complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and straining on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with proper nuts/bolts/clamps which ever are required at site and required jumpering connection complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Size of aluminium conductor as per site requirement will be directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 32x6mm as earthing lead protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI earth strip and 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and precasted finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters compete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing of earth resistance as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing as per IS:3043 with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) as earthing lead protected by GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and precasted finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters compete all as specified as shown in electricall plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing of earth resistance as required complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil,Earthing lead/G.I.Earth wire upto 7.5 metre length shall deemed to be included in quoted unit rate, beyond 7.5 metre, the same shall be measured and paid separately).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in deep getting out in soil for stay assembly/laying of cable/errection of poles etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 29 above but depth exceeding 1.5 meter and not exceeding 3 meter complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation for filling, mass concrete for foundation of Pole, Transformer, Panel board, stay, post top lantern, repairs to road cutting, drain, path etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of new pole / reconstruction old damaged copings etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose.

M & L for well burnt Brick sub class 'B' old size laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/Floor or fixed to Pole/Wall GI pipe light grade with fitting of size 80 mm bore for protection of cable including dismantling existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 166720.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
