Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven fire pump suitable for automatic operation comprising of the following:
(a) Horizontal end suction centrifugal pump, suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 6%, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling and coupling guard as required. Fire pump shall have C.I. casing, B855CS diffusers, bronze impeller (hard finished and dynamically balanced) and S.S. (304) shaft with mechanical seal, capable for delivering 2280 LPM at outlet head of 70 m.
Pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% of rated capacity at a head of not less than 65 % of the rated head
(b) Heat exchanger cooled (secondary cooling) diesel engine of speed 1500 RPM suitable for the above pump with automatic starting mechanism and other accessories including fuel tank (fabricated from 3mm MS sheet, painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer) of capacity adequate to sustain pump operation of 8 hours continuous working. The tank shall be fitted with Magnetic oil level indicator.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically driven high pressure centrifugal fire hydrant pump suitable for automatic operation comprising of the following:

(a) Vertical, multistage Centrifugal pump suitable for operation and 415 volts + 6%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The installation shall be complete with flexible coupling, coupling guard pressure gauge suitable for delivering 180 LPM at a head of 70 mtr.
(b) Squirrel cage induction motor TEFC type for operation on 415 volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply for the above pump with a synchronous speed of 2900 RPM, suitable for automatic operations.
(c) Common base frame for pump & motor.
(d) Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pad complete as required.

Note: 1. The panel should have arrangement for interlocking pressure switches to starter for automatic operation. For automatic control any additional device or relays required is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
2. The control system shall be designed to provide following sequence: (a) The jockey pump shall start when pressure of system fall about 0.35 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure and shut down when system pressure is reached. (b) The main fire pump shall start when pressure falls suddenly about 1 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure and no pump shall start when main fire pump is running. (c) In case of power failure if system pressure falls suddenly about 1 kgf/cm2 below normal system pressure diesel pump shall start within 5 sec of power failure.

(m) INTERFACES :RS2323 Port should be provided as standard in the UPS. (f) Inbuilt ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) with maintenance free batteries operated to bring the car cage to the nearest floor level in case of power failure, which includes power failure of one or more phase. Emergency light and at least one fan inside the lift car shall be operational till the rescue operation and an audio and visual indicator shall be provided inside car to alert the persons trapped inside that they are being rescued.
(g) Provision of governor and governor rope of suitable size, buffer springs as per manufacture's design, car cabin having powered doors and inspection box at top of the car cabin, compact high efficiency drive combined with suspension Traction Media Technology. Grooved Belt and alongwith belt monitoring device which can ensure to prevent from any breakage of belt and taking elevator nearest landing.
(h) Provision of safety guarding equipments such as 02 Nos pit switches controller, guarding pit, pulley, guarding pit ladders, facia plate to cover free space between car cabin and hoist way & switches.
(j) Door sensor not less than 74 beam, 2D infra red full length
(k) Provision of fire man switch complete at ground floor fitted in box including SS face plate.
(l) Provision of "Press and Speak" system to be connected with lift complaint cell compatible with exchange. Provision of Automatic call registration in case of breakdown.
(m) Do's & Don’ts chart on stainless steel to be installed inside the car cabin.
(n) A three Pin plug socket with switch for hand lamp shall be fitted on top of the lift car for use by person working there on.
(o) Provn of 40 mm SS handrail on three side of the lift.
(p) Provn of transparent space for highlights the imp instructions and Mobile Nos.
(q) Provn of RCCB/RCBO in SS enclosure.
All as per srl item No.12 here-in-before but capacity 15 passengers (1020 Kg) at a speed of 0.5 m/sec to serve upto 5 floors (G+4 floors) and size 1000 x 2400 mm suitable for hospital stretcher.
MGPS & SIGN BOARD Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of BSI Kite Mark Certified Copper Pipes : It should be confirm and meets with BS:EN:13348:2016 copper pipes: All medical grade degreased copper pipes. Medical Grade Copper pipes manufactured from Phosphorous de-oxidized non-arsenical copper to BS:EN: 1412:1996 grade CW 024A ( Cu-DHP) manufactured to metric outside diameters and having mechanical properties in accordance with BS:EN: 13348:2016, Degreasing of pipe shall be such that there is less than 20 mg / m2 (0.002 mg / cm2) of hydrocarbons on the degreased surface when tested by the method specified BS: EN: 13348:2016 complete all as specified and directed. The valve should be pneumatically tested as per BSEN 1057 for twice the working pressure and degreased for medical gas service before supply. Valve boxes should be equipped with components for shutting off and supervising individual /parts of central systems in hospital, laboratories and the like. They should be allowed the ward staff to allow isolating of the areas for maintenance and repair work. The pressure monitoring of the distribution system is done by pressure gauges. SITC of Area Alarm for 3 Gas service: It should fully complies and meets with the requirements of the HTM 02-01 standards or NFPA-99 Standards recomendations and standards mentioned under these recomendations or applicable. . It shall be provided with a copy of the certificate of origin. Area Alarms are designed to include all necessary displays, factory wiring, transformers and circuitry requiring only 230 VAC primary powers. Internal voltage should be stepped down to S VDC and 1S VDC for control circuit Power. Voltage to external pressure or vacuum transducers should be 1S VDC. The Area Alarm should have digital display facility. Area alarm panels should be modular in design. Each gas monitored should have a light Emitting Diode (LED) display to continuously indicate actual line pressure. A vertical series of LED's should further indicate relative line pressure. The LED should show Normal pressure at SO psi. Apart from Normal it should also show low risk of 40 PSI as low-pressure and 60 psi as high. High risk of 30 psi as low pressure & 70 psi as High pressure. The back box should contain factory installed copper tube extensions 6" Long, 3/8" ID (1/2"0D) , to accept installer furnished lines form the medical gas system. Each inlet tube should accept gas - specific DISS fittings for transducers, to prevent cross-connection. The power supply should be installed in the back box Power supply should include an on I off rocker switch and a fuse holder. The audible alarm tone should pulsate, 90 dBa at 2 meters. The audible signal should be cancelled only by the alarm silence button or fault correction. The display should remain illuminated to indicate the presence of the alarm condition. The alarm should automatically reset with the correction of the fault condition. Should a new alarm occur while the panel is silenced, the audible alarm should reactivate. The area alarm should store the last four alarm conditions in memory at the alarm panel. These conditions can be indicated by using the buttons on the alarm panel control module complete all as specified and directed
SITC Oxygen flow meter with humidifier bottle unit as per HTM-2022/02-01 / NFPA-99 with CE marked with 4 digit notafied body No. The graduated scale should have an oval shape which allows a "lens effect" get the scale values easy-reading in any condition of use. The flowmeter should not have less then 50 mm adjusting knob with soft grip inserts for easy handling. The humidifier should be completely made of polycarbonate / polypropylene and should be autoclavable at 121 °C for 15 min. For the inlet connection it should have some snap inserts, identified with color-code, with different threads to be chosen by the end user. An ergonomic and big size rotating nut which allows easy connecting and disconnecting the humidifier to the oxygen supply device.
