   Bulk/Full quantity of this tender is restricted to be procured from RDSO approved sources for Item ID 3100460 as vendor/vendor approval of this item . Clause No. 2.5.1 of IBD (V-3.0) of ECR attached herewith may be referred to for details.

   In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended, it has been found that there is sufficient local capacity and competition in supply of the tendered item of required quality and therefore public procurement of the item is restricted to class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be class I local supplies should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. The minimum local content for the local supplier of the above item, to be categorized as Class -I local suppliers shall be 50%.

   Packing instruction: -Packing as per standard packing or as specified in the specification of the Item. It should be ensured that item should not rub during transportation: The item should be packed with adequate strength. Transit damage if any shall be at the cost of supplier.

   GST DECLARATION:-"We hereby declare that in quoting the above price, we have taken into account the full effect of input tax credit available under GST. We, further agree to pass on any financial gain/benefit as may become available in future in respect of all the input tax credit on the date of supply by way of reduction in price and advise the purchaser accordingly".
