NS Item: - Providing and fixing slated wooden acoustical panels with leaner perforation. The panel shall be there resistant grade with melamine laminate panels. Size 2440 mm x 128 mm x 17mm with 4 mm slates at 28 mm pitch smooth and plank will be tongue and grooved edges for seamless mounting having density of 800 kg/m3 (Base panel confirming to IS:12406 and laminated panel confirming to IS:14587) NRC with rock wool: 0.7, 0.8. Make: Hexstone, Indus Solution, KCCO. The back of the panel is perforated with 10 mm diameter circular holes with a non-woven fabric covering of 0.2 mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustic impendence method. Panel is to be fixed on GI frame size 50mm x 35 mm on the lower side with screw fixed horizontal/vertical to wall. Every 600 mm c/c with centre and edged bracket in tongue and grove system on GI frame work. The cavity of frame work should be inserted with 50mm thick rock wool make: ULTRA (best for sound absorption) with black coloured tissue cloth/ polyester fabric equivalent to 48 kg/m glass wool and along with accessories as per direction. (For Single side wall)

The width of acoustical flooring is 4m and length is 25m. The pile weight is 1000 g/m².
