Earth work in Excavation in trenches Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead up to 1000 meter complete as per MORT&H Specifications clause 301.0. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Sand Filling in fundation Trenches as Per Drawing & Technical Specifiction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 304. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Granular sub-base Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT&H Specifications clause 401. Wet mix macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H Specifications clause 406. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Emulsion Treated Base with 3.5% emulsion & 1% OPC Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (with 3.5% Emulsion SS and OPC cement @ 1% by weight of Mix) specification including premixing the material with water and cement at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H Specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Construction of earthen embankment using local earth obtained from excavation of trenches (compaction only) Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from excavation of treches/pits in widening portion spreading grading to reqired slope and compacted to meet the Specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mannual means as per MORT&H Specifications clause 502. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORT&H Specifications clause 503. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Bituminious Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with nsor contorl to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres as per MORT&H Specifications clause 202. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (M-10) mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days as per MORT&H Specifications clause 408. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1300. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Providing Weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications as per MORT&H Specifications clause 2706 & 2200. including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Cement Pointing Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1300 & 2200. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

RCC Grade M 25 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1500. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.

Supply & Placing of Reinforcement Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications as per MORT&H Specifications clause 1600. Including Labour Cess & excluding G.S.T.
