Scraping brushing to remove paint to basemetal surface

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on wood work, metallic or plastered,concrete surface to give an even shade.

Painting of gate leaf and exposed embedded parts with two coats of solventless coaltar epoxy paint. These should be applied at an intervalof24hours.Each coat should give aminimum dry film thickness of 150±5mm. total dry film thickness of all the coats including primer coating should not be less than 350 microns.

Painting of gate leaf and exposed embedded parts with Inorganic zinc silicate to give a dry film thickness of 70±5 microns or zinc rich primer (containing not lessthan85% zinc on dry film) should be applied to give a total dry film thickness of 75 ± 5 microns.

Painting of Structural component-Twocoatsofzinc phosphate primer should be applied.Dry filmthicknessof 40±5micronpercoatshould be given. For machinery unmachined surface 50 microns DFT

Painting of Structural component- one coat of alkyedbasedmicaceous iron oxide paint at dry film thickness of 65± 5

Providing of old/rusted surface of sandblasting, complete in all respects and to entire satisfaction of engineer in charge
