85870 E8 REPAIRS AND RESURFACING OF APPROACH ROAD TO HELIPAD IN TECHNICAL AREA AND CERTAIN ROAD AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AIR FORCE STATION JAIPUR.

M&L for preparing black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor through air jet to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen and providing, laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) of semi dense bituminous concrete premixed carpet with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laying, spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver with all T&P and rolling and consolidating to the required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes n.exc. 1 sqm each, incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, on existing road surfaces, and making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm by sprayer, putting in premix as specified for semi dense bituminous concrete premixed carpet in srl item No 1 here-in- before, well rammed incl supply of binder, stone aggregates and sand complete all as specified and directed. (The depth of potholes not exc, 30mm).

S&F ABS body cat eye of size 100 mm x 100 mm with 32 beads on sides fixed with nail in road surface including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. MAKE:- Dark EYE or equivalent make of MUSKAAN SAFETY/SUN EYES SAFETY/GREEN LIGHT/DEV as approved by the AGE(I).

S&F in repair solar stud of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) electronically operated automatically turn ON at night and turn OFF at day, high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.2/03 watt, one Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V / 1600 MA ) with six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18000 mcd capable to withstand weight of 10 Tons with unbreakable poly-carbonate clear facing designed for maintenance free operation including taking down complete all as specified.MAKE :- Dark EYE or equivalent make of MUSKAAN SAFETY/SUN EYES SAFETY/GREEN LITE/DEV as approved by the AGE(I).

M&L for road marking with IRP Pattern thermo plastic road marking 2 mm thick painting (lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on new or previously treated road surfaces ) of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the surface at temp 160 degree with special applicator machine machine with heating arrangement including preparation of new or previously treated road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine aggregate (sand) for sand cushioning to receive interlocking tile , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast coloured Interlocking paver block / tiles any shape and size 60 mm thick confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of M-35 grade chemically treated rubber moulded complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequerred cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cmx 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in grey cement with pigment neat cement slurry with as in floors over 15mm screed bed in CM (1:4) comlete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete in 1:4:8, Tyep D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
