ECHP-II-Checking inspection and monitoring the conveyor 48A1 and conveyor 48B1 from the date of entrusting the work and upto 31.03.2027

Charges for checking and monitoring the entire length of conveyor 48 A1 & 48 B1, Checking the oil level in all gearboxes, Checking the all drive fluid coupling, gear box and connecting multidisc assembly bolts and inspect any oil spray found in the system. If any abnormalities found in the system, inform to the maintenance engineer, During coal feeding any abnormality found in system immediately stop the conveyor, Checking of conveyor belt joint and pulley lagging etc, Inspection of all mechanical equipments of Conveyor 48 A1 & 48 B1, Condition of all the running equipments position informed to the field maintenance engineer incharge, Checking, inspection and Monitoring all the running equipments bearing temperature by hand touch, the vibration of running equipments by hand touch, the oil level in gear box, fluid coupling, cleaning the air breather in all gear box, all bolts and nuts of all running equipments bed frame structure, all bearing housing assembly and tightness checking, any abnormality of running equipments, all the belt scrapper, return belt scrappers, tracking the conveyor belt and also checking the belt joints, adjusting the skirt board rubber to minimize the spillage coal, all coal transfer chutes and deflecter plate and Monitoring the free rotation of idler (1 Shift / oprn = 8 hrs).
