RequiredThe bidder shall submit a scanned copy and an undertaking on one non judicial stamp paper duly notarized in a prescribed format that the applicant has not been debarred/blacklisted as on date in any of the departments, and this affidavit must be valid for a period of at least fifteen days from the date of opening of the tender. The firm will also given the undertaking that no relative of blood relation in working in PVMD, CPWD.

Three Similar works of each minimum of financial value Rs. 10.37 lakhs or two similar works each of Rs. 15.55 lakhs lakhs or One work of value not less than Rs. 20.73 lakhs, during the last Seven years and upload the Final bill copy having executed similar nature of work of water proofing work.

RequiredPerformance Certificate of work experience as per Form D along with copy of final bill showing the execution of similar items. The bidder whose performance is good or above in all categories in their performance report shall be eligible in participating the bid.
