Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificlly provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demoliton of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specificlly provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregrate in Chajjas; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.

Formwork to chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges , for rough surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F for TMT bars (Fe-500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clip all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall or concrete surfaces or ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick walls or concrete, surface in CM 1:6 and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on wall and finished fair even and smooth without using extra cemnt all as specified and directed. (WPC where ever required shall be measured separatly as supply only)

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling incl preparation etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls over a on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof Padding etc and slope 1:40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment to RCC roof as follows:- (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brusehes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/plaster etc. (b) Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) Providing one coat of approved bituminous primer @100 gms per sqm, over dried plastered surface. (d) Laying 3 mm thick APP membrane,(mineral finish) reinforced with non woven polyster fabric, by torch application. The overlapping while torching shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.Make : STP Dr Fixit/Pidilite, Texsa India Ltd/Tikitar Dansona/Bengal Bitumen Notes : (i) All joints and change in directions should be covered wih cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement/as per site reqmt and cured well before laying membrane by torching.(ii) All angles and abuttments should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage. (iii) Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by approved authorised applicator of manufacturer only. The name of firm shall be got approved from GE before carrying out the wk. (iv) The independent testing of membrane for technical parameters given in particular specifications shall be carried out from Govt approved labs having fascilities for testing of membrane. (v) The guarnatee of treatment shall be for min 10 yrs reckoned from date of completion of whole wk.

M & L for flush pointing to bricks in cement motar 1:3 laid flat or brick tils in paving in floor, roof etc

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid flat on cement concrete & joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) bedded over 15mm thick cement morter (1:6)mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 22 above except tiles

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work etc complete all as specified & directed

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 165 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces priming with one coat of read oxide & finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting steel and iron surfaces of any discription,over 10 cm width or girth, with preparation of old steel surfaces and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint ordinary tint all as spefified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of water tanks of capacity exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs and removing from site all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 500 ltr capacity vertical with closed top, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I. including 20 mm bore PTMT float valve, connection nipple 2 Nos complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling water tank (any type) exc 500 but n. exc. 1000 litre capacity and remove from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythene water storage tank 1000 ltr capacity vertical with closed top, ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I. including 20 mm bore PTMT float valve, connection nipple 2 Nos complete all as specified and directed..

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity exc 250 but n. exc. 500 litre, setting aside or lowering if required for repair, cleanning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks capacity exc 500 but n. exc. 1000 litre, setting aside or lowering if required for repair, cleanning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs gunmetal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes 20 mm bore as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

S & F in repair ball brass valve 20 mm bore dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed with iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down 15 mm dia steel GI tubing including all connected fittings of any dia and in any position including cleaning for re fixing the serviceable pipe all as directed.

All as per item No 36 above but 20 mm dia pipe

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engneer -in-Charge

Supply only integrated water proofing compound complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls paint over 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and two coats of acrylic distemper over 3 mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all specified and directed directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing shutter and refixing in same opening shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed. (Note:- 'Refixing' includes taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required including renewal of unserviceable screws, etc.)

S&F for powder coated aluminium frame/shutter for doors, windows, ventilators and aluminium partition with one or more rebates including jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc complete with locking arrangements for fixing with powder coating on aluminium sections, minimum thickness of poweder coating shall be 50 micron as per the specification. The top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent to wall shall be fixed with floor, ceiling, walls and cills where required and fixed with the help of rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold plate fastners. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required complete in all respect all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of old wooden surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

S&F in repair stainless steel drapery rods, standarad quality, not less than 28mm dia with heads, brackets and boths ends stainless steel caps , etc. all as specified and direced.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
