Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of central type air conditioning plant in three shift of 8 hours per day with one operator and one helper per shift at shed No 58&59 X area for 3x10 Ton compressor X 2 including panel board . Note- (i) The quoted rates shall be included for printing log book and PRRB for as under plants, attendance register in std format, dresses, stationaries etc. with other required accessories. (ii) Provision of dress for deployed staffs in proper code given by Deptt. (iii) The cost of required hygienic /cleaning to installation with approx 10 meter surrounded with required and cleaning material such as cotton wast, broom, distil water, lead to be re-set battery terminals/post, etc with all others. (iv) The cost of minor required T&P to be attending complaint with all required safety measures to be perform duty. (v) The operator has to maintain the DO fuses of reqd size. (vi) Daily visual check of various transformers and switch gears and grid has to be carried out by the operator and to inform the Engr-in-Charge and JE about any discrepancy. (vii) Salary shall be paid by contractor to hired persons through Individual bank account with full fill all labour commission's direction and rules. (viii) Unit rate quoted against item shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess , levies as applicable and GST. (ix) Basic rate including Dearness allowance. (x) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as amended from time to time. *(xi) The operator has to carry out the weekly maintenance of battery and charger. Topping of distilled water/battery solution is to be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department.
