Clearing grass and removal of rubbis up to a distance of 50 m out side the periphery of the area as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Flank Dressing to proper camber etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing WMM layer as per specification and compacting etc completed

Providing Labour for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with PRR including cost, carriage, conveyance and royalty of moorum etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with emulson on prepared surface of granual base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per cluse 502 of Mosrt&H specifications for road works Spreading of bituminous primer coat over the granular base course @ 7.80kg / 10sqm area as per specification.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and / or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying tack coat over existing bitumenious surface with 60/70 penetration grade bitumen using bitumen pressure distributer @ 0.20kg./sqm including all cost, carriage, and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).
