M&L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection both LT (incoming & outgoing) sides of the Voltage stabilizer oil cooled, keeping them at safe side and taking out the Voltage stabilizer indoor/ outdoor type of capacity 500 KVA, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz. Make : AEI Ltd for carrying out complete overhauling through authorised service dealer of OEM which shall comprises of the following (a) M&L for lifting, transporting, handling the voltage stabilizer to workshop and opening top cover of the voltage stabilizer by unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc. including disconnecting core assembly from bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the voltage stabilizer. (b ) M&L for draining out contaminated voltage stabilizer oil from the above said voltage stabilizer. (c) M&L for cleaning the voltage stabilizer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/ sludge/ foreign particles etc. from the bottom / body of the voltage stabilizer and drying up the shell from inside before refilling of the stabilizer oil. (d) M&L for cleaning and washing thoroughly core and windings of the voltage stabilizer oil by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming to IS 335/1983, removing deposited dirt/ sludge/ foreign particles from the windings/ core, thorough inspection of windings, providing insulations to leads and terminals, heating/ drying /baking complete carefully and throughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtain required value of insulation resistance etc. all as per IS 1986-8 and directed by Engr- in -charge. (e) Refixing the top cover including replacement of cork sheet/ gasket 8 mm thick, tightening of nuts/bolts/washers etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (f) Lifting /shifting to the place from where removed and re-installing the voltage stabilizer including connecting incoming /outgoing / neutral connections etc all as directed by engr-in -charge. (g) the inspection of voltage stabilizer shall involve :- (i) Checking of all clamps , nuts , bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts. (ii) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads and connection joints. (iii) Checking all terminations / connections inside the voltage stabilizer . (iv) Painting of voltage stabilizer complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint externally by spray and painting with a coat of oil resistant paint inside the transformer shell complete all as directed by engr-in -charge. (vi) Inspection / checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding. (h) Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic, imbalance, short circuit etc. in presence of Engr-in-charge. (j) Note :- (i) Any damage to insulators / bushes /windings etc. while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt. The serviceability of the voltage stabilizer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) M & L for rewinding of LT (primary/secondary) coils, bushes studs , voltage stabilizer oil, filtration of oil , cable box etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and top up of voltage stabilizer oil with di-electric strength not less than 50 KV in to the body tank of the voltage stabilizer etc at various locations complete all as directed and also submit the test result before and after the top up. Make : Poweroil/ Transol/ Sabitha Chemicals]

M&L for rewinding of voltage stabilizer of any capacity/ type by winding the defective coils with new copper wire as per I.S. of same gauge and existing size together with new insulated materials/ bracings before placing in to the voltage stabilizer and assembling the coil with new insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the voltage stabilizer and recording the test results complete all as directed.

M&L for re-assembling of iron core of voltage stabilizer of any capacity/ type by re-assembling the defective iron core with new iron core as per I.S. of same gauge and existing size together with new materials/ bracings before placing in to the voltage stabilizer and assembling the iron core with new insulation and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the voltage stabilizer and recording the test results complete all as directed.

M & L for control Wiring complete with suitable copper wire of required size or as per sample including accessories for voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 500 KVA complete.

M & L for control Wiring complete with suitable copper wire of required size or as per sample including accessories for voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 250 KVA complete.

M&L for servicing / maintenance by opening the top cover of the Voltage stabilizer, oil cooled type of following capacity and applying the grease /petrolium jelly at all moveable part of the servo control motors, checking the all control wiring and cleaning internally by applying air pressure through blower and ensure testing voltage, current, Earthing etc of volatge stabilizer of following capacity including rectifying the fault of oil leakages. Note :- (i) The rates quoted against the Item is deemed to be included for cost of labour, cost of T & P required for replacement of unserviceable parts and cost of handling / transportation of defective item to & from OEM workshop for repair/servicing. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7032 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer only. The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55 with locking arrangement for front and back side also, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of adequate rating or specified below. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment and provision of cable glands, thimbles etc. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 50mmx50mmx5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement. Including cable connection and providing 4 Nos cable entry holes. M & L for scrapped down/peeled off old paint with abrasive paper and applying two coats of synthetic anamel paint of post office RED Colour on both side of board (size 1.5m x 1.5m) and re-writing the letters as "NO ADMISSION WITHOUT PERMISSION" with White paint according to existing size of letters and two coats of black paint on its border and two fixing supports of MS round pipe of height 2.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note : This job shall be carried out through experienced Painter and decorator.

Supply only bamboo Ladder suitable for climbing upto 7.0 Mtr height complete all as directed. Make : as per sample.

Supply only Insulation tape roll size 18mm width and 6.5 Mtr length of superior quality complete all as directed. Make : as per sample.

Labour for cleaning the 3 mtr sarrounding area of LT Panel/Feeder Panel/Bus Bar Panel by removing/cutting out from roots of trees, bushes & sepplings etc and thrown away the same atleast 100 mtr away from the site complete all as directed
