Diverting the industrial effluent / sewage in the channel with the help of gunny bags for control the sewage in the channel during execution of work . Size of the channel 5500 mm wide approx.
Cleaning the site manually after diverting the flow with the help of men power with allied accessories
Providing the 300x140 mm x 5.5 mtr. for fixing in the channel in horizontal possession with the support of 12 mm m.s plate with provision of drilling.
Fabrication and supply of S.S. 304 Spindle made out from 70 mm dia round bar and 7.5 mtrs. in length approx. i/c providing the threading on the one end up to 1500mm and up to 100mm on the second end for small spindle and 100mm threading on the both side of the second piece of the spindle (for fixing the coupler) spindle will be supplied in 2 pieces.
Providing the SS 304 coupler for jointing the spindle. I/c providing/fixing the bolts for the same.
Providing the head stock assembly to operate wheels, thrust bearings with the spindle and fix on the channel frame.
Fixing the GM bush in the head gear fix on the head stock assembly at site with SS spindle with required tools and tackles.
Fixing the centre support with plumber block in RCC for strengthening the spindle i/c fixing the 150x70 mm channel with the help of fasteners as per site requirement.
Providing the wooden sliding flap of size 1500x2650mm approx. suitable for sewage water of. 65mm thickness wooden planks. The job i/c finishing the each slab from the both sides with the hand planner. Providing the M.S Angle Iron of size 75x75x8mm (25 mtr.) to support the wooden planks/gate from the both sides with the help of nut bolts & washers etc.
Providing the guide channel for operate gate fix with the RCC wall with the support of m.s plate and fasteners as per site requirement.
Installation of the above material at site after Lowering the fabricated wooden frame in the channel gate with the help of manual labour, necacessarry civil work& mobile crane at site as per site requirement.
Painting of complete Bar Screen by two coats of primer and one coat of paint as required by job.
Testing and Commissioning charges of Bar Screen.
Transportation charges (to &fro) for men, material and machinery along with loading/unloading of the same. As per site requirement & direction of in charge
