Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying of one number XLPE insulated PVC outer sheathed with galvanised round steel wire or steel srtip armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 Kv grade of size 50 sq.mm x 3.5 core conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 amended upto date.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the open surface as required.

Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1.KV grade of following size in the existing DWC/RCC/ HUME/METAL pipe as required.

Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm

Supplyingh and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked alomg with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

77 mm dia (OD-77 mm & ID-63 mm nominal)

Supplying and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of size 77/63, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. Conforming to IS 16205 (Part 24): 2018/IS 14930 (Part 2) : 2001, complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface/wall including providing clamping arrangement etc as required.

Supplying, installing and commissioning of Silent type ' Diesel generating set of 25 KVA with water cooled Diesel Engine, Electric start with suitable capacity 12 V battery, fitted complete with all the required accesories along with AC Alternator 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 pf self Excited, Self Regulated Designed with Acoustic Enclosure(sound proof) as per CPCB-II, emission norms approved DG Set similar to OJUS LEYPOWER Diesel Generating Set Model OL25D1 or Equivalent.

Providing artificial load and carrying out test at site at rated KW for the 20 kVA DG set for a period of 12 hours continuous run including 10% overload for one hour after 12 hours of continous operation. (The tenderer should provide fuel oil lubricants (POL) required for running the gen set for the specific period, load, connections, reconnections etc., as required for conducting the load test etc., as required).

Providing Earthing with safe earthing electrode of galvanization 80 to 100 microns length 2000 mm, 48mm dia and inner space to be filled with crystaline conuctive mixture including filling - up with electrodite (Back fill Compound) as required for safe earth electrode and provoding masonary enclosure with cover plate haveing locking attagement etc. as required. (Similar to ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing or equivalent)
