Providing and fitting of F.C.U radiators (2 nos) 0f rating 3500 Kcal/Hr ( Double panel Double convector) in the newly constructed water tank control room in front of Kitchen Room of DH Kargil mounted on suitable brackets , air vent etc. as reqd. The radiators shall be suitable for inlet / outlet temperatures of 75 degree and the capacity measured at a room temperature of 23 degree C. The job also includes fitting of the radiators with the existing line with copper tubes by using 25mm G.I pipe 130 feet and Elbow 25mm (8 Nos) and Ball valve 25mm (2 nos) which also includes labour required for making ways for pipe lines through wall. The job also includes Providing and fitting of 50 mm thick Glass Wool /Rock wool pipe section insulation covered with 26 Gauge Aluminum foil cladding fixing with screws and aluminum adhesives on 50mm dia hot water circulation pipe

Providing and fitting of steel panel radiators (one no) of rating 2000Kcal/Hr (Double panel Double convector) in the newly constructed Bath room Gallery in the Gayane ward of DH kargil mounted on suitable brackets , air vent etc. as reqd. The radiators shall be suitable for inlet / outlet temperatures of 75 degree and the capacity measured at a room temperature of 23 degree C. Repairing to the stand by main control electric panel of circulation pump 10Hp by way of replacing all the old model contactors, relays, MCB,s, wiring etc. and then providing and fitting of new MNX 32 contactors, timer relay, MCCB DH 100, thermal overload relay, complete wiring etc and complete testing.

Providing of 6mm copper single neutral cable from transformer to control panel

Complete replacement of damaged/rusted water circulation M.S. piping (under ground) by Mild Steel ERW hot water piping of class 'C' complete with fitting above ground by welding etc as per specification from surgical ward gallery, operation theater, surgical ward bathroom, gyane ward bathroom , canteen side pipes etc above ground .The job also includes Providing and fitting of 50 mm thick Glass Wool /Rock wool pipe section insulation covered with 26 Gauge Aluminum foil cladding fixing with screws and aluminium adhesives on below listed dia hot water circulation pipe.

Providing and fitting of F.C.U motors as per specification V=230v, frequency 50HZ, power 1/12HP/ 62W and speed 940RPM

Providing and fitting of main hot water pipe line 8mm butter fly valve

Complete replacement of wiring of Surgical wall, corridors, children ward, gyane ward (inside/outside), by using 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm havels wire. The job also includes providing of pipes and insert the wire through this pipes to give protection for the wire damaged due to direct sunlight, mouse cutting etc.

Providing of angle iron support for hot water piping at various locations to be fabricated out of 40x40x5 mm

Repair/Replacement to 800000Kcal/hr. Nestler Hot Water Generator of Central Heating System District Hospital Kargil by way of dismantling of side plate/heat reflector plate and removing of damaged refractory clay and fire bricks etc. The job includes cleaning of the fire tubes manually by using steel wire brush etc. Fabrication and fitting of side plate/heat reflector plate out of 12mm thick M.S Plate of size 68’’x40’’ with 10mm steel bar mesh. Providing and casting of refractory clay to proper shape and size. Assembling the plate with proper packing by using fire bricks, fire ropes etc

Repair/Replacement to 1000000Kcal/hr. thermax vertical type Hot Water Generator of Central Heating System District Hospital Kargil by way of dismantling of upper plates/heat reflector plates and removing of damaged refractory clay and fire bricks etc. The job includes cleaning of the fire tubes manually, smoke chimneys etc by using steel wire brush. Providing and casting of refractory clay to proper shape and size. Assembling the plate with proper packing by using fire bricks, fire ropes etc and complete testing
