Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces brick work, PCC block masonry, stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces brick work, PCC block masonry, stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 05 mm thick rendering in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on plastered surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated existing surfaces including cornices, plasterd or unplasterd surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing moulds, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and gresy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated existing surfaces including cornices, plasterd or un plasterd surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing moulds, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and gresy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying 2mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of distempered, plastered and painted surfaces of wall including cornices etc and making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces with POP mixed with distemper and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L perpartion of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for washing/rubbing down and stopping of painted old existing surfaces of wall/ceiling including cornices etc and making good of holes by filling holes in plastered surfaces with POP and applying one coat of plastic exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for prepartion of old painted wood or wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint acomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) in white or colour synthetic enamel paint (height of letters 10 cm) over black base (dia of circle 23 cm) paint on existing walls / steel surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- White wash, colour wash, distemper, cement base paint and exterier plastic emulsion paint will be applied by painting brush use of sprayer is structly prohibited.
