Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 350kg/cum of concrete using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Supplying and placing in situ Controlled Reinforced cement concrete of grade & total minimum cementitious content as specified (cement + fly ash) for kg/Cu. M. using OPC conforming to IS 269-2015 or latest edition and with required fly ash conforming to IS 3812 Part -I / ASTM C-618 Class F. Fly ash should be blended at site such that fly ash content should not exceed 20% by weight of total cementitious content. Coarse aggregate used should be hard granite machine crushed (with VSI technology only) graded stone aggregates with maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 20mm size. Fine aggregate used shall be either natural river sand or crushed stone sand (with VSI technology only and should be washed in water to remove finer particles, the micro fines particles of size less than 75 micron shall be less than 7%) (Zone I /II) conforming to IS 383 – 2016. The cost includes weigh batching, required chemical admixtures, mechanical mixing/Ready mix supply plant mixing, transporting/transporting by Transit Mixers, pumping using Concrete pumps/ placing with crane buckets etc., at all levels, lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other & all structural elements, dewatering wherever necessary, compacting, finishing, curing (For a period of at least 10 days), providing construction / contraction / expansion joints, pour strips etc. but excluding centering, shuttering and reinforcement (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, materials, tools /tackles, plant and equipment, supervision, charges for mixing & cost of admixture etc. complete. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. Cement based grouting in case of any porus / honey comb structure, visible cracks on surface, etc or any other defects if noticed shall be rectified as directed by EIC. The cost of cement grouting in such cases shall be borne by the contractor only.

Providing on the floor area by screeding with screed concrete of M20 grade with total minimum cementitious content (cement + fly ash content not exceed 20 % by weight of total cementitious content) 320kg/cum of concrete and minimum cement content of 256 Kg/cum of concrete (shall be using 10mm down aggregate) admixed with crystalline based integral water proofing admixture CERA CRYSTALLINE INTEGRAL / Conplast / SIKA WT-215P or equivalent at the ratio specified by manufacturer recommendation to the required thickness of depending on the downtake pipes available including applying one coat bonding polymer modified mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 sand) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or Equivalent at 3kg per bag of cement by manually with compressed air under pressure over the prepared surface at all locations and all the elevation as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding of water (water holding test) before and after application of treatment in panels. (panels shall be made by least ratio of cement mortar and the same shall be thoroughly cleaned before receiving further treatment). 2)This item shall includes placing the pumpable concrete by boom placer, concrete pump, supply of RMC concrete in Tranist mixer as directed by Engineer-in-Charge if bulk quantity is required according site condition.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position corrosion resistant steel reinforcement (CRS) bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'JSW or SAIL or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following level as mentioned below. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts as mentioned below. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, placing and securing in position mild steel grills for windows comprising of square bars / MS flats as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending to shape, welding, painting as specified in note with approved colour complete all as per specification and drawings. Note: (i) Lifting device arrangements if any required also to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Painting Two coats of polyuerthane paint on widow grills / steel surface and other required internal surface at all levels with Apcothane CF 675 PU 240 paint of Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer to give and even shade including one under coat of suitable Epoxy/PU primer.

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site. This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Providing and fixing mechanical bolts anchored in to RCC beams, columns and slab to a required depth of 150mm to 250mm by using "Hilti or approved equivalent make "ANCHOR ROD HIT - RE 500 M12" anchor fasteners bolts and grouting with injection mortar system of adhesive HILTI or approved equivalent make "Hilti HIT - HY 200-R" at all elevation including drilling, fixing in position inclusive of all machinery and man power, scaffolding and as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth, broken materials, debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil, @ 30% in respect of debris and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead Exceeding 4 kilometre but not exceeding 5 kilometre

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rate 1:29 ratio (1 part of chemical and 29 parts of water) and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision or latest) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for following.

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using crushed stone sand and using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand at all levels over the random rubble masonry wall including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing F3 finish over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:1.5 using crushed stone sand (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Protective Coating over the external surface of RCC structures below ground level : Providing and applying coal tar epoxy based protective coating 'Fosroc Nitocote ET402 or Master Protect 1812 of BASF or approved equivalent applied in two coats for a total DFT of 300 microns with suitable brush or a roller brush (The Dry Film Thickness will be measured for a minimum thickness of 300 micron for payments). The mixed material shall have a density of 1.65Kg/Lit, adhesive bond strength of 1.50 Mpa as per ASTM D4541, abrasion resistance of 17mg/1000 cycles when tested as per ASTM D4060, CS 17 wheel and slant shear bond strength of > 10 Mpa as per ASTM C882. The substrate shall be prepared by mechanically grinding using electrically operated hand held sander machines to expose all blow holes, voids and imperfections and these shall be cleaned by flushing with air and water if required to clean any oily substance and filled with suitable epoxy putty before the application of the protective coating, all complete as per the instruction of manufacturer and the Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing & applying of epoxy linings on the surface of the concrete. The epoxy shall be food grade (Fosroc Nitocote EP405 or approved equivalent) and shall comply with the requirements of IS:9833 - 1981 with minimum two coats wherein each coat shall be 200 microns including all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, providing, fixing, approved Extruded polystyrene sheet filler board with bulk density of 20Kg/Cum and recovery minimum 80% as a back stop material with adhesive to concrete and masonry surface for expansion / separation joints at column, grade slab, wall vertical surface, staircase of the following thickness at all elevations as per drawings and specifications. Cost to include preparation of surface, supply of necessary tools, wrapping with 500 micron thick polyethylene sheet, scaffolding, manpower etc., all complete, as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and providing the CERA MEC STRIP SEAL (or approved equivalent) upto 250mm width Expansion joint strip treatment for Roof slab/vertical wall area including chipping & surface preparation, applying CERA MEC SS ADHESIVE (or approved equivalent) over the roof slab expansion joint to a minimum width of 50mm and aligning to the required line, overlapping of minimum 100mm of strip with suitable rubber adhesive, carefully removing of air pockets & wrinkles as specification including providing with approved quality of polyethylene or high quality foam backer rods, including treatment with admixed with 'CERA LATES SBR or Fosroc Nitobond SBR or approved equvalent' @ 1kg per 50kg (1 bag) of cement at all joints, including all as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels. Incase of any leaks found grouting shall be done with contractor cost.

Providing Water proofing treatment to the Terrace and gutter over RCC cast insitu slab roof area using 4mm thick plain 4 layered and WP SHIELD SLATED 4mm thick, 5 layered of CERA / FOSROC / SIKA or approved equivalent as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)The following treatment shall be given if any cracks found and " V" grooves shall be cut along the surface crack and construction joint of slab the same shall be filled with cementitious non shrink grout CERA GROUT 40 of CERA or SIKA or FOSROC or equivalent after applying a lavish coat of polymer based bonding agent SBR LATEX SBR of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent. b) The area shall be tested for any leakages by ponding water in panels with the duration of minimum 7 days after grouting. c) When the entire surface is water-tight, dry and moisture free, one coat of bituminous primer shall be applied over surface @ 0.3 kg/sqm and 1 st layer of 4 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane from CERA / SIKA / FOSROC Torchseal 4PI or equivalent shall be laid with 200mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. d) The second layer of 5 - layered, 4mm thick, polymer reinforced APP membrane - SLATED from CERA /SIKA / FOSROC Torchseal 4PI or equivalent shall be laid with 150mm overlapping by torch - on application when the primed surface is tacky and as per the manufacturer's recommendation. Note: i) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment. Suggested vendors: (1) M/s. Cera-Chem Pvt. Ltd., Chemicals (2 )M/s. FOSROC (3) M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. Chemicals or approved equivalent . ii) Ten years guarantee shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed form of the department for the above water proofing treatment work from the date of completion.

Providing and constructing haunching of size 100mm X 100mm using CC 1:3:1 using 6mm down graded chips admixed with 'SBR LATEX SBR of CERA/SIKA/FOSROC or approved equivalent' 1kg per 50kg (1 bag) of cement as specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment as specified below to vertical & horizontal surfaces to the required height and bottom of WCs, bathroom, planters, water tanks, raft, lift wall or any other locations as directed, with proper gradient, protective topping suitably finished or keeping rough to receive tiles, surface preparation, injection grouting wherever required using shrinkage compensating plasticizing admixture, pond curing, water tightness testing, etc. complete all as detailed hereinafter including testing for leak-proof ness complete. Note: 1) water proofing treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment. Suggested vendors : (a) M/s. Cera-Chem Pvt. Layers of water proofing treatment to be done as follows: a) 1st Bonding coat: Providing and applying tow coats of bonding slurry agent of CERA LATEX SBR / Fosroc Nitobond SBR / Pidilite (RBR - SBR) or equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface proposition as per manufacturer recommendation. b) Base coat of Polymer modified mortar : Applying polymer modified mortar 1:2:2 (1 cement : 2 sand: 2 stone Aggregate of nominal size 6mm) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / Fosroc Nitobond SBR / Pidilite (RBR - SBR) or approved equivalent @ 3 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 6mm over the prepared surface. C) Fixing of glass fiber mesh of Gyproc or equivalent Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) fixed in the plastering area as instructed by Engineer-in-charge and fixed as per manufacturer recommendation. d) Second coat of Bonding cum water proofing coat: : Providing and applying tow coats of bonding slurry agent of CERA LATEX SBR / Pidilite (RBR - SBR) or equivalent to the cleaned and prepared concrete surface proposition as per manufacturer recommendation. e) Top coat of Polymer modified mortar : Applying polymer modified mortar 1:2:2 (1 cement : 2 sand: 2 stone Aggregate of nominal size 6mm) admixed with CERA LATEX SBR / Pidilite (RBR - SBR) / FOSROC NITO BOND SBR or equivalent @ 3 kg per bag of cement for a thickness of 20mm over the prepared surface. The rate includes cleaning the slab surface of all mortar fallings, opening, filling / grouting cracks, injection grouting to RCC surfaces, necessary curing and drying period for each coat as recommend by the manufacturer, providing proper bonding keys in each layer and 75mm vata with above all specified coats on all sides.

Providing and laying 2mm thick self leveling epoxy flooring from Asian / FOSRAC or other approved brand consisting of priming coat using primer, screed and top coat - including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc., including demarcation outer border line of specified width and specified colour as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, the rate includes the preparation of flooring, primer and top coat etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Priming: All surfaces to be primed with 'Apcoflor HFP 120 of Asian / Fosroc Nitoprime 25 or other approved equivalent' brand of concern agency designed for maximum absorption and adhesion to concrete substrates. The primer should be applied immediately to the prepared surface using stiff brushes and/or rollers. The primer should be well 'scrubbed' into the substrate to ensure full coverage, but care should be taken to avoid over application or 'ponding'. Topcoat : Top coat shall be of APCOFLOR HFP 120 of Asian/ Fosroc Nitoflor SL 2000 or other approved equivalent' brand of concern agency of 2 components system having coating thickness of 2mm top coat. The top coat should be applied on the top of primer on the prepared surface using stiff brushes and/or rollers and ensure full coverage and but care should be taken to avoid over application or ponding.

Providing and Painting with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 150micron Dry film thickness (50 Micron Primer coat and 100micron finishing Coat). (Contractor has to provide Elcometer sampling sheets etc. at his cost for testing film thickness)

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium Plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: 1) The sample tile in respect of brand, thickness, shade, finishes or charges of tiles has to be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement. 2) Fixing method has to be got approval of EIC. 3)The water proofing treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of water proofing treatment.
