Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid building blocks of PCC 1:2:4 of Type B-1, 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints) setting in mortar, complete, in kerbs set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub-base of floors and pavings etc., all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors including spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick, watering and consolidation.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade of cement concrete with grey cement and pigment all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including form work all as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on internal wall surfaces CM 1:6 fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed 75mm bore, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation, laying pipes etc or for shaft, walls, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of burnt brick sub class 'B' brick for protection of UG cable in tranches of old size brick laid horizontally over cable all as specified and directed

Supply and filling in and spreading unwashed river sand for cushioning and covering the under ground cables in trenches and punning to provide required cover complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickness i.e 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and fix P17 tempera plug and sockets DB, 240 volts 63 Amps, 3P+N+E-FP fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board with electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core all as specified and as directed. Note: i) Lugs and glands are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for laying of cable and to be used properly wherever required while connecting cables to the panel board. ii) Earth work such excavation, refilling, etc. shall be measured separately under relevant items.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron/steel strip 25X4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoal dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.
