Plastering with Cement Mortar 12mm thick in 1:4(1 ordinary portland cement,4 mainland sand) cement mortar as directed by the EIC including cost of cement, cost of mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc complete.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:2.4 with 20mm size stone chips(one 43 grade OPC cement, one and half mainland river sand three stone chips of size 20mm graded as directed by the engineer in charge, cost of centering and shuttering charges which will be paid separately, but including cost of portland cement, stone chips and crushed stone sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete,conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator,curing, all labour charges , tranportation charges of all materials to work site,cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator , GST, labour cess,etc. complete.

Providing wood work (Superior Hardwood Category-II) in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position including cost of timber, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (area of panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured),panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick marine plywood conforming to IS710, including transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 10 cm thick masonary with Hollow block of size 0.40 X 0.20 X 0.10 m cast with Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three quarry dust and six 11.2 mm stone chips), curing, fixing with CM 1:4 in walls, including cost of all labour charges for casting, curing, walling, hire charges of Hollow block casting machine, cost of timber pallets, cost of cement, quarry dust, stone chips, sand, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window ventilator , shutters and partitions etc. with PVC neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of EIC ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) including cost of all materials, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved and manufacture to give an even shade including cost of paint, brush, labour charges and minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc.complete.

Painting two coat with antifungal paint of approved brand and manufacture on under texture of old surface to give an even shade including cost of other materials, transportation charges, labour charges, scaffolding arrangements, minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing fully pannelled premoulded PVC door single hung with PVC frames & shutter with standard fittings including cost of frames, shutter,transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc. complete.

Attending the periodical cleaning of septic tank and inspection chamber as and when required as per the direction of EIC, including all labour charge, minor tools and plants, GST, labour cess, etc complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size of MS laths inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No.2 and MS top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters, GST, labour cess. 80x1.25 mm MS Laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.

Providing form work including centering shuttring, strutting, propping etc. for footing coloum, plinth beam, and slab etc., using 19mm marine plywood including cost of plywood , nails, battens etc., all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, GST, labour cess, etc. complete.
